The location of the room is very good, next to the City Sun, which can be seen from the window. The hotel decoration is also like a palace. The room is clean and the reception girl is very enthusiastic. There are good restaurants next to the hotel and it is not far from a century-old breakfast shop. It is a good choice when the price is right.

It's okay, just make do with it

It's a 3⭐️ hotel (not 4⭐️ as google maps states). PRO's The location was excellent, the bed very comfortable and the rooftop was a plus. Happy we booked this hotel. CONS The airfreshner in the hall/room is not pleasant (maybe a cultural thing?) And the walls are very thin so you can hear all your neighbours talking in the hallway in the middle of the night..

There are cafes and bars everywhere when you go out to the city parasol. However, it was Holy Week and it was impossible to find a place to eat. It became a problem! The elevator is small. The room is quiet and clean.

Good location Location was in the heart of all the restaurants and close to sightseeing places. We were there on a weekend and found it noisy as our room faced the Main Street. But the beds were good, staff was helpful, so an overall good experience. If you have a car, there is no way to easily get to the hotel and no parking.

Very cute vintage hotel in a great area for tourism in Seville. FYI that they are very strict about non-refundable bookings- we asked to upgrade our room and weren't allowed to make a change after the initial booking.

Personal were fine. The hotel room had a very small bathroom. The whole place was cheeply renovated, which is ok except for the price. I expected something nicer. I had places for 50 euro that were similar, which was half the price.

I love the place good to have a good rest after a long day walking A/C work properly, awesome pressure on the shower, clean and neat. The rooms are a little small but well designed.

In many ways, the hotel is a three star one, but the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff are worth more than 3 stars. You can see it's a 3-star hotel in that for example the room didn't have that many amenities and the soundproofing wasn't the best. On the other hand, the room was comfy and homely, and perhaps some of these "imperfections" only added to the homely feeling. Loved having a bath...

It's very close from Train Station, Just 10Mins walking and also close to the supermarket and bus station to go everywhere.

Location was good, about 15-20mins walk to city centre. Wifi is good, however there is no kettle, fridge, washing machine etc in the compounds so you are just getting a room. Supermarket is ＜5 mins walk, train station is about 10-15 mins walk.

Absolutely loved my stay here. I was here for 3 days. Centrally located and cathedral is walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast spread waa good. Room was tiny, it was not possible to open my luggage without hosting it on the bed. Bathroom was big.

Seriously, this establishment offers an exceptional experience. Fantastic location, pretty centrally located. The staff is the best; shout out to Pedro, who went above and beyond! Clean and comfortable hotel close to centre

Close to the Granada train station, public transportation was real good. The city was great, location good. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillow stiff. The staff was very good, I would recommend for short stays, and I would stay again.

Spacious room, courteous staff Room was spacious and clean. Staff was courteous, with quick and smooth checkin. Luggage storage was available. Although kettle wasn't provided, we could get hot water from their cafe's coffee dispenser.

Nice hotel with some caveats The hotel is located in a pedestrian area of Sevilla and at a 30-minute walk from Plaza de Espana. The rooms are nice and spacious and the bathroom is a decent size too. There are all the amenities that you come to expect from these sorts of hotels. Breakfast is a bit lame and disappointing. You are better off taking the room only and go to one of the many coffee shops...

What a find ! Brilliant location and with a car park .. yes it’s tight to get parked but with a small hire car , it’s fine.  Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.  We had 2 rooms with Juliet balconys that were very nice, clean and acceptable, although the facility for a morning cuppa wouldn’t have go Em a miss. Rooftop dip pool was very welcome after long hot day out in the city.

Very well located, as it is on the edge of the historic center but you get there in 10 minutes walking, small pool, rather large jacuzzi but we were able to use it an hour before departure, the room for 4 is very spacious, clean, and with air conditioning, necessary for the summer season in Seville, there is parking but if due to size the car like ours could not enter there is an agreement with parking...

The reception staff were friendly, but at times somewhat abrupt. Enjoyed the spacious apartment. Did not cook though so can’t comment about the kitchen.

Very basic furnishings. A €200 security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be forfeited if smoking occurs, the trash isn't emptied, or the kitchen isn't cleaned. It's surprisingly noisy. You can hear the neighbors very early in the morning.

The room was small and simple but comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed. The staff are very helpful and the location is excellent, easy walking to the main sites and charming as well. They don’t serve breakfast but have free coffee in the lobby and there are good breakfast places very close by.

The hotel is on the third floor and there's no elevator, so it was quite a struggle getting upstairs. However, the facilities were generally very clean and excellent. The location was also pretty good for getting around the city, and having a supermarket nearby was a plus.

Perfect place since it is in the middle of all the action, all places that we wanted to visit were in a walking distance. Courteous and friendly staff, definitely worth the price and will surely stay again!!

Lovely. Brilliantly located for a tourist like me! I requested a ground floor room because of no lift and I got the sweetest most comfortable room.

Good location Hotel is in good location, however it's being updated. Which is needed. That said I would stay again once the renovation are completed. We did have an issue with our first room, this was dealt with and we moved rooms. Staff are friendly and accommodating, there is parking available for an extra charge which is helpful. Overall a good stay in a small individual hotel

Overall, it was an excellent accommodation. There were four of us, two of us staying in a double room, and the other two in a single room each. The rooms were spacious, with mirrors, bedside tables, and wardrobes. The kitchen and living room were really spacious, and the bathroom was functional with a nice shower. The building where our room was located was very large but well-maintained and modern...

The triple room had one room per person. The living room was spacious, and the bathroom was relatively clean. The kitchen was available for cooking and had all the necessary utensils. However, the room wasn't cleaned at all during the stay, and you had to clean up and take your trash with you when you left. This is something to keep in mind.

It is not possible to sleep here. You can hear everything, feels like there is no walls. Someone was making noises all night, children shouting all the morning. Location is nice, apartments ok, little bit old.

The hotel is located next to the old town. It's new and clean, but the rooms are a bit small, with a bed and aisle. Larger suitcases can't be opened. There's no elevator. The guesthouse/hotel has a very laid-back atmosphere. There's usually no one at the front desk. There's access control at the main entrance, but it's very convenient to come and go without any issues. All the attractions are nearby...

The location of the hotel is very convenient, but the facilities are very simple. The worst thing is that the glass door of the bathroom leaks, so be careful.

The room is big and comfortable. Except the door are a bit tight that creat noise when opening. Hotel is very near to the bus stop, so easy to travel around. However, it is not very near to train station, suggest to take taxi if with big luggage. Happy with the stay..

Cozy boutique hotel right at the heart of old city. Our room was very clean. The staff were always kind and helpful. There is an underground 24h parking lot for those who travel with rental cars. To sum up, I definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

It's quite a walk from the station. The establishment operates two hotels, and the 'Basic' annex was closed. My navigation initially led me to the wrong entrance; you need to go around to the south side and enter through the main 'DONA' door where the front desk is located. The building has a rather enclosed and confusing layout, with winding corridors that can feel a bit claustrophobic.

The hotel is excellent, the service is very good. The location is also pleasant; we recommend it. However, if you like to sleep late, the hotel is very noisy in the morning due to the bus stop across the street.

Th place was in a awesome location. Very clean, had everything you need offers more coffee and maid service if you want it. The only complaint I would have was that I was on the ground level and the rooms were very dark no natural light to come in. But it did have a beautiful sitting area that I used which made up for the limited natural light
