This hotel is really good, safe, and clean, with excellent service. I'd definitely recommend it. The old-fashioned elevator is quite charming, which I liked. It would be even better if the price were a bit lower.

The air conditioner wasn't heating well, and the staff couldn't help either, but luckily we got extra blankets. The TV requires a Samsung membership to access, and even though I'm a Samsung member, I still can't watch anything.

Good location Location was in the heart of all the restaurants and close to sightseeing places. We were there on a weekend and found it noisy as our room faced the Main Street. But the beds were good, staff was helpful, so an overall good experience. If you have a car, there is no way to easily get to the hotel and no parking.

Very cute vintage hotel in a great area for tourism in Seville. FYI that they are very strict about non-refundable bookings- we asked to upgrade our room and weren't allowed to make a change after the initial booking.

The place is great, location is quiet but close to the cathedral and the shops. We had a superior apartment. The roof is really nice too. Bed is nice and comfortable. We only stayed for a couple of hours before our flight. The only negative is there's no soundproof. Every time someone closes the entrance door (which is huge and heavy), the whole place vibrates and it's cery loud. Highly recommend...

It would have gotten a full 5 star but for the breakfast which was a let down. But absolutely fantastic staff, amazing location and very nice and clean rooms.

Very lovely property in an ideal pretty central spot. Charmingly ‘typico’ with quaint fittings but all mod cons. No kettle/fridge etc but a lovely little bar to help yourself to teas/coffee etc., and the Reception offered this whilst we were checking in. Really delightful & helpful staff.

The basics are well covered - the place was clean, the staff is well mannered and the wifi reached our room. The breakfast - being basic - had plenty of bread, butter and jam, as well as tea and coffee. The rooms don't have soap or towels - the latter you can rent for €2 from the reception.

Absolutely loved my stay here. I was here for 3 days. Centrally located and cathedral is walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast spread waa good. Room was tiny, it was not possible to open my luggage without hosting it on the bed. Bathroom was big.

Seriously, this establishment offers an exceptional experience. Fantastic location, pretty centrally located. The staff is the best; shout out to Pedro, who went above and beyond! We had a great stay at Hotel Mercer. The hotel is centrally located- a few minutes walk to the cathedral. The hotel is spotless and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, the sofa bed was quite worn and could benefit from replacement. Very basic furnishings. A €200 security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be forfeited if smoking occurs, the trash isn't emptied, or the kitchen isn't cleaned. It's surprisingly noisy. You can hear the neighbors very early in the morning.

Room was small but workable especially as the roof garden was nice and we were hardly ever in the room. We got coffee pods but the coffee machine was never findable on our schedule, available at some other time? Luggage elevator saved our backs. Courtyard cool looking. Great for exploring the city. It's located right in the heart of Seville, directly opposite a historic flamenco bar. There's a charming terrace with Giralda views. The only minor drawback is that breakfast isn't served.

We had breakfast on the first morning to save us wandering around looking for something. Breakfast was €10 pp and was a pleasant and adequate meal. Wide selection of shops within a very short walk, including bakery, supermarket, and many cafes and restaurants. Reception staff were all very welcoming and friendly.

A very unique guesthouse with a courtyard. It was too expensive during the National Day holiday, but the location and everything else were excellent. It felt very homey. However, there were quite a few ants in the bathroom.

The hotel is clean and provide all the basic facilities that they have. It's quite near to the airport actually but a bit far from the city centre. Nevertheless you can still take a bus near to the hotel to go to the airport and city centre.

The room is big and comfortable. Except the door are a bit tight that creat noise when opening. Hotel is very near to the bus stop, so easy to travel around. However, it is not very near to train station, suggest to take taxi if with big luggage. Happy with the stay..

My first room was on the first floor, even though I'd requested a quiet room on the top floor when booking. I felt like I was sleeping outside; there was no soundproofing, and the windows were terrible, letting in all the noise.

It's very close from Train Station, Just 10Mins walking and also close to the supermarket and bus station to go everywhere.

Location was good, about 15-20mins walk to city centre. Wifi is good, however there is no kettle, fridge, washing machine etc in the compounds so you are just getting a room. Supermarket is ＜5 mins walk, train station is about 10-15 mins walk.

We had a great stay at Bypillow Abril. It only has 2 stars but deserves at least 4. It is very clean. I’m germaphobic so when I say it is clean, it truly is.
