Hotel Ezeiza in San Sebastian

The cafeteria and restaurant at Hotel Ezeiza in San Sebastián are truly disappointing. The facilities are shabby and not very clean, with cheap plastic chairs and staff who are either inexperienced or in a bad mood. Dinner service is extremely limited — the kitchen opens at 8 p.m. and closes by 9. The physical menu is a crumpled sheet of paper inside an old plastic folder, and the food options themselves are more fitting for a rundown bus station than for San Sebastián. Altogether, a regrettable experience. Walk 300m into Matia Road were you will find a good service.

Absolutely terrible. Booked ground floor room for 3 to cater for my disabled son and private parking suitable for my sons access. Booking on web took Amex as deposit security. On arrival no where to leave car to book in so parked on forbidden side of the road. The allocated room was on 3rd floor.
The underground car park was down steep narrow drive and space between gate posts was not sufficient to safely enter my landrover width 2.173m . Young kid on reception was rude and aggressive and could not be bothered, He also refused to take Amex as payment despite Amex booking OK. Thoroughly digusted so abandoned 2 night booking and found accommodating reasonable hotel elsewhere. Dont go to this hotel !!
