A beautiful property located at a very strategical location but most terrible thing is breakfast, almost zero and no restaurant……

Floor coverings in the bathroom were lifting (water damage) causing feet to catch on these corners....

Property was fine, breakfast fine staff very good.
If you require parking make sure you book in advance. There is remote parking very cheap but not straight forward to get a ticket.

Nice hotel with easy bus route to old town. Bit of traffic noise as near main road. Friendly and helpful staff

The hotel is located a bit outside San Sebastian and is close to a kind of highway,
price is too high !

Our favorite hotel when going to San Sebastian. Great service, tidy rooms with all amenities one would expect in a quality hotel. Free Wifi.

Hotel was probably newly acquired by NH and does not live up to expectation. Breakfast was good, staff was helpful. Hotel is a 10 Euro or 20-30 minute bus ride from La Parte Vieja. Had to give taxi driver Hesperia as the hotel name to make it back one night.

I originally rated it 2 stars because they claimed the a/c was on, and it wasn't. But since asking over and over again, they finally ACTUALLY turned on the a/c to our room.

So, be warned. You have to pester them to get a/c. Other than that, the rooms are nice and they are very friendly.

It's a very clean and tidy. So you know that the food is cooked in a clean kitchen. It has menu of the day and a menu of PLATOS COMBINADOS.They also do sandwiches witch are very good.
