This is a nice hotel and staff are friendly. The corner room I was in was a little pokey with dine idiosyncrasies - for example the TV was on an angle so you couldn’t watch it from the bed. It is exellenly located near to town though and I slept very well.

This hotel is adults only, which is great! There should be more like it. The location is fine, it’s in a quiet street, which feels far out the city, but it’s actually around the corner from the shops and cathedral and the beach. It’s about 20 mins walk from the old town, though.
The hotel has a trendy feel and is very ************ and inclusive, which is fantastic.
However the rooms are really small and there’s nowhere at all to put one’s toiletries in the bathroom: it could have been designed better. The balcony was huge and great, but without sun umbrella we couldn’t stay outside in the 30C heat. We found some maintenance issues: leaking tap, broken bathroom door, wonky TV set, but the rest was fine. Average, but cheaper than other hotels in the area.

Nice hotel, good location to explore San Sebastián. The staff at reception were excellent and really friendly, credit to them.
The hotel has really nice spa facilities and a decent equipped gym. It’s a reasonable price also. I would definiltey stay here again.

Bad recepción..
Sorry for my language , But it’s true !
I made a reservation two days ago , I was gonna go with my girlfriend and propose , it was a crazy plan I had, I called the reception a day to , I was attended to by a female staff , which I pleaded to help me get the hotel room decorated with flowers, she confirmed my reservation and told me she was going to send me the price tag via email , note :she never asked for my email , which I presumed she had already . After a day of not getting any reply , I called again , and this time a male staff picked , I spoke to him and told him I needed the room decorated, I told him I called earlier, and he told me , he was going to get some balloons to the room , which I appreciated . On getting to the hotel , I did the check in , I was sent to a room already occupied , came back down to the reception to let him know the room was occupied, I was sent to a different room , on getting there, the room was not decorated 😭, and smells bad , really pissed me off , and spilt my plans , I called after my reservation ended to explain my discomfort only to show no accountability be the female staff .. very shitty attitude. Not going back ever .

Hotel is clean and simple. A bit further than I expected from the old town 20-25 min non stop walk, not much in immediate surroundings, some cafes about 7-10 min walk . Garage was conveniently located . Pool is nice but not heated, so unless it’s summer and hot it’s too cold to swim in September . Sauna area was decent , Turkish bath room was broken and hot tub barely warm . Staff was pleasant and helpful, breakfast was ok .

A nice place for pintxos and a beer. The pintxos were tasty, but they did come to the table cold. We also had the foie gras which was hot and came with some deep fried julienned leeks, an apple compote and some sherry vinegar. Both sauces were sweet so a little acidity would have been nice, and the foie gras a tad under salted. But service was quick and friendly, the food and drinks were very reasonably priced and we sat outside in the square, which was very pleasant.

Great hotel, lovely rooms and breakfast. The only issue was the noise at night and the hotel hasn't switched the air con on so we had to leave the window open. Really spoiled what was otherwise a fantastic hotel.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a fantastic two-night stay, finding it great value for money. The hotel’s prime location made it easy to access everything, and we appreciated its cleanliness and delightful scent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, enhancing our experience. If given the opportunity to return, I would undoubtedly choose to stay here again. Gracías 🩷

My friend and I stayed here for three nights and we were very pleased with the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating and our room was clean. There was a nice terrace on the fourth floor that we stayed on. Facundo made breakfast every morning special with his professionalism and friendliness. The hotel is well-appointed for walking and we felt right at home here.

We had a good experience at this hotel and would recommend it. Location is great: the beach is 5 minutes walk away, and the old town is 10-15 minutes walk away. The service overall is amazing. Cannot thank the kind and considerate staff enough. One area for improvement might be around noise. We were woken up at 10am with fire alarms that turned out to be routine testing. We were also woken up at 1am by people in the corridors talking loudly. There was also noise from trucks in the street early in the morning. Despite this, the location and service and overall cleanliness makes this a hotel worth recommending.

Food was ok but not great... Tiramisu had to on much Coco powder and not enough booze.. meal arrived promptly but service was a little slow.
