San Sebastian, Salamanca Pasealekua, 10 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room has a slightly unusual shape, but it wasn’t an issue at all for a solo traveler. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The location is very convenient, especially for hopping between nearby tapas bars.
The location of this hotel is unbeatable if you’re in San Sebastián to explore the culinary delights of the old town. We opted for a sea view room and it was worth every penny. Waking up to the waves crashing against the rocks, right outside our window was such a special experience. The only downside, and this did have quite a negative impact on our stay, was that the bed was so hard! I’ve stayed...
Great location. Very nice and helpful staff. Nice room with plenty of hot water. Comfy beds. Would stay again but not in the same room. Such a shame about the noise from the working garage below our room (102) early morning until late evening.
The room was spotless, and the staff was a great pleasure to deal with. This hotel is a real surprise. Its humble aspect is contradicted by superb attentiveness and dramatic location.
Great location across from the sea and walkway. In Old Town with all the history, shops, restaurants, bars and lots of Pintxos! Staff was very nice and arranged a taxi for us for an early morning ride to the train station. Room was great with a wonderfuk shower and fluffy towels!
What a gorgeous property, Beautiful furnishing, clean, friendly with wonderfull views of the ocean Great access to a great beach

We had an amazing stay. The staff is so friendly. Rooms are very clean! We will definitely come back.
Very nice sea view, clean room, breakfast is available it’s basic but not expensive (€8)
Lovely views, really nice staff, and clean rooms and beds. It is a little way out of town but the bus is very frequent and runs late into the evening.
My stay at the Leku Eder hotel in San Sebastián was absolutely wonderful. The setting is magnificent, with stunning sea views inviting relaxation. What truly sets this hotel apart is the quality of its staff: extremely welcoming and always eager to assist, making our visit as delightful as possible. I highly recommend Leku Eder to anyone seeking a tranquil and welcoming trip to San Sebastián, where...
The best view from our balcony of any place we've ever stayed. Very nice room. Good breakfast. Very reasonable prices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Spent a long time explaining where we should visit and how to use the bus system. We'll definitely stay here again if in the area.
This hotel was lovely surprise. Staff was super friendly and told us good information about area. During our days we changed room from street side to sea side so we got sea view. I recommend you to take room with sea view! View is amazing. Rooms was clean. Bed was comfortable although bit noisy.. and breakfast contain lot of bread/whey products and we missed eggs/omelettes or other protein sources...

Quaint, old fashioned little hotel, great location on a quuer street across from beach & near funicolure. But noisy inside, walls are paper thin, plumbing was loud & rattling as was fridge in my room & curtains were covered in mould.
Location and staff were very good. They lack food, meals, vending machines options. The breakfast offered was not the best.
This is a true gem ! its a very nice property located across the street from the beach and a beautiful promenade. 20 min walk to the old town or 9 Euro by taxi ( I am sure there is a bus). Very nice and spacious room and bathroom. Staff is fantastic ( both friendly and knowledgably) Great dining options around the corner. I hope to come back
Close to the beach safe area. Walkable to many other destiantions.
this hotel is very nice. They don't guarantee parking, but we were able to park in the driveway and leave the key with the staff, and they managed to move cars around and fit everyone in, which was great. We had a little balcony, and could see the view, which I recommend requesting. As much as I love this hotel, I would have preferred to be closer to the old town where all the better dining options...
Very nice hotel A very nice period hotel neat to the beach, the reception staff we very friendly and advise good hotels to eat at, walking distance to vehicular and can walk into town along beach front or get bus into town. Parked my car off street, would stay again

Staff on reception were very friendly, accomodating and helpful.
Great location & condition-a comfy chair would have been a bonus
Very central, top place for staying, noisy at night
Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Super friendly staff. Comfortable and quiet room.
We had a fantastic two days staying at Ur-Alde. It is perfectly located in the old town, and despite its central location the rooms are very quiet. Really comfortable bed and spacious bathroom, excellent shower. The owners are very helpful and give you lots of useful information about San Sebastián if you need it. Would highly recommend
My partner Anthony and I had the most amazing stay at Ur-Alde. Not only does it have one of the best locations in Old Town San Sebastian, the rooms were spacious and clean. I cannot say enough when it comes to saying that Maider was the most amazing host. She had so many recommendations and her personality just lit up a room! We will definitely be back!

I arrived late for my meeting downtown.... The guy at reception told me to go and he would arrange my room for my return. I arrived back late at night and everything was ready... The next morning I met a third person at the reception and how nice and welcoming they all were... Rooms are tidy and comfy... 10 minutes walk from downtown. I'll be back and big thanks to everyone working at reception. Best...
Free onsite parking. A bit of a hike to the town center but manageable
Basic, clean, simple and good location. A little frustrating that we could not control the room temperature in the room and when I asked at check out they said ohhh...we control it here & the ceiling fan in simply decorative. Helpful information to post in the room or communicate at check-in. Room was clean & modest. Great location and tons of parking.
Friendly adaptable staff ensured a very pleasant stay. We also appreciated the free parking available to guests.
We originally booked Monte Ulia for 2 nights, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for an extra night! The hotel is in a great location—about a 20–25 minute walk to the Gros area of San Sebastián, and if you want to go further into town, there are several buses that get you there in just 10–15 minutes. A big highlight of our stay was the service. Jon, one of the receptionists (and the...
Wonderful weekend for two with two dogs. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything you needed (fridge and slippers). Large terrace. This was our second stay, and we'll be back.

Very nice hotel at city center, very close to la viña, reception is not available in thr afternoon, but all well establislhed, there is also a cofffee machine at entrance, rooms are enough spacious, bath clean
Quiet, clean and well located, And very helpful staff. Just make sure you check in online in advance if arriving out of hours as it won't be staffed. But it's a great place to stay, we'll be back
Ideal place for stay, close to many restaurants and also beach. I will definitely recommend it 👌
Modern, high tech & economical hotel with cozy, well maintained rooms. Relatively quiet, friendly help & service at hand. Free coffee and cakes (not gluten free) as well as wifi. Well located within level walking distance of Gloss neighborhood pincho bars, Old Town and even Funicular. Easy to park nearby but Plaza de Cataluña public parking is very expensive so best to look elsewhere. On balance it makes...
The hotel is clean, has great service, and feels quite upscale for the price. My wife and son enjoyed out stay immensely and we would have loved to stay longer. The staff was courteous and professional. We loved the coffee bar in the lobby and the cleaning staff is very accommodating. Location was beautiful. Rooms modern and comfortable. Rustic. Bus stop directly in front of hotel so transport not an issue.
Friendly staff. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast with very good food and drink. Recommended.
All great except for the thin walls, the other visitors noise in the morning woke me up.
Pros: Spacious and clean room with a balcony. Onsite parking. Quiet neighborhood. Cons: Far away from old town, restaurants and bars. No fridge or coffee making facilities in the room. Good to know: Reception closes at 9 pm. There is a sister hotel across the street that has 24/H reception. The service at the hotel was 10 stars!!!! The staff was very nice and very professional! We had an air conditioning the best recommendations to our stay and would highly recommend the place!
Loved it. It is in a nice town has nice rooms and has a really nice restaurant. At check in they give you a map and mark all the best spots and activities. Ps free parking.
We recently stayed at Bidaia Boutique hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel is clean, spacious, and very well located, even if a bit noisy for light sleepers. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, we encountered bed bugs in our room, which was quite distressing. The staff handled the situation excellently—professional, responsive, and empathetic. Despite this, we chose to...
Cute hotel with spacious rooms and Japanese style bidet toilet- yaaaas. Really enjoyed chilling on our terrace. Short walk to old town. Thanks to Telmo's (super friendly guy who checked us in) many delicious food recommendations, I think we gained 10lbs in 2 days. P.S. The highlight of this hotel is its concierge services. The rooms are very nice with a modernistic feel that somehow exudes a more traditional ambiance and warmth. Very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast service was below standard. Ignorant young staff, waited for 10 min to get a coffee. Är or even a cutlery. There was just a few other guest. They couldnt refill the buffet, wouldnt even look at us.
Awesome beachfront room and amazing, helpful staff. Very well located and an easy walk to everything.
Having breakfast from the bar with the view of the beach is quite the experience. Outdoor area of the bar provides better view of the beach and people watching. The hotel is a short distance from the The Old Town area and the San Martin Market.
No hotel compared on our trip from Paris to Madrid. The staff was so attentive without ever bothering us. Every inch of the hotel is gorgeous. The views and location are unmatched. Highly recommend
It was the most beautiful view and location! The staff was amazing! The hotel was so beautiful we never wanted to leave!
Super nice hotel, clean with grate ambience and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Of course stunning news if the ocean and beach. Nature is glorious but the people in San Sebastián and staff at the hotel were the best.

Although it's a little far from the old town, there are cafes and the beach nearby that seem to be popular with locals. It's clean. There's a bar downstairs, but the room is quiet. Great little hotel with perfect location
Leonardo Boutique hotel is the perfect hotel for your stay in San Sebastian. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. A special thank you to James and Edi on reception, two gentlemen who were always there to help. The location is perfect only a 10minute walk to the Old town and 5 minutes to the beach. Well located in Old Town, walkable distance to the Playa de la Concha, close to shopping and restaurants. Free coffee/capuccino/hot chocolate machine next to reception desk. Beach towels provided. Love the balconies in our room!
Highly recommended! The location is perfect, room is clean, front desk staff very friendly
It's located right after you get off the bus from San Sebastian Airport, so you can easily find it. The owner is very knowledgeable about Japan and kindly gave us instructions on how to book a bus to Bilbao. It's also close to bars, so I highly recommend it.
I stayed here while on a bar-hopping trip in San Sebastian. It's in a very convenient location with excellent access to the old town. The room was also very spacious and clean, so I felt at ease staying there. As with all the hotels I've stayed in Spain, there were no tissues, so I used the ones I had. There's also a supermarket nearby, so I didn't have any trouble shopping.

Super welcoming and helpful! The room was clean and quiet. The kitchen was equipped for breakfast, and you could leave your belongings at check-out. I highly recommend it! 🙃
What a wonderful surprise. It exceeded all expectations. We were uncertain about staying in a “shared bathroom” situation but in this case there were more than enough bathrooms to take care of the guests. Very quiet. Well-equipped kitchen and common area. Loved the owners who are there every day. Super helpful suggestions upon check-in. They even helped me fill out a lost item request with the bus...
Our stay was extremely comfortable. A great room, with a nice terrace/balcony. We felt welcome from the moment we checked-in, where the owner and his wife immediately gave us information about San-Sebastian. Unfortunately we made a mistake of booking 3 nights, instead of 4. Good location for shops & restaurants Great location. Beds not comfortable
Located near the Cathedral in the Old Town, close to La Playa Concha. Very walkable. Clean, comfortable, no frills accommodations. Quiet neighborhood with cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance.
The Guesthouse was OK. The room clean and the bed was good. But I had an incident with the check in process. I received an email with three codes. One to open the front door, one to open the door of the guest house and another for my room. The problem was that the door to the guest house would not open. There was a phone number to call so I did. The person answering the phone, instead of recognizing...
Clean and comfortable stay in a great location The place was tidy and well-kept, with a reliable air conditioner that kept the room comfortable. perfectly stay for exploring the city; close to parte viejo with beautiful view on the ocean and playa Zurriola; easy check-in; clean and modern look; staff is very friendly; a bit noisy due to the location at the waterfront (cars, motos and people) but this was not negativ for us
