Used hotel for Ironman Barcelona weekend. Excellent hospitality, view of the finish line and the sea, extra early breakfast on race day - manager took requests for evening meal the night before the race and delivered as promised! 10/10 would stay here again.

The pool is cold and suthing there is a pool on the roof with sun beds and you feell like your swimming in the sea the restaurant is a floor underground the two lifts will take you to any floor the buffet is delicious see you there!

Just spent ten days and enjoyed every moment can't wait to go back it's my second time there management very helpful and pleasant as well as all of the staff I felt at home will miss Catalonia thank you all for a wonderfull holiday

It's 3star for a reason the staff were all amazing i made some good friends there I wouldn't return again I'd go 4 star next time for food and drink reasons great location near amenities and very lively in September I wouldn't go all inclusive there again though 4 star hotel for me next time

Transfer coach doesn’t drop you at the hotel so had to walk down the road and round the corner with hand luggage and cases n carrying a sleeping 6 year at 3am. I was with my in-laws, 2 children and partner yet they put us in a room as 3 and 3, they had no other room and I wasn’t not having my children in with me so I hade to share with my 6 year old in a single bed for 10 nights. When we first walked through the door the people on the desk was very pleasant and patient and understanding with language barrier. Very helpful and direct! The rooms need abit of TLC I will admit. Our curtain rail fell down in middle of night. No safe key. Maids unlock your door to clean while your asleep which is a change of pace to what I'm used too. Only 1 key worked out of our 2 door keys. Just come back today and had a great time, plenty of choice in restaurant didn’t have to queue long at bats, staff were all lovely, good location and for the price we paid we were more than happy, entertainment was fun and kids reps were lovely

This is a budget hotel, and the facilities reflect this. basic rooms, but clean with fresh towels and cleaning daily. The restaurant is a bit chaotic at breakfast, and food basic, but there was enough choice. Staff pleasant and hard working.

Not far from the main shopping centre beach or local transport, hotel pool bar area quite cheap for drinks and food, down side towels changed once, no change of bedding but it was cleaned each day it wouldn't stop me staying again

My pillows stank of sweat I had to use a T-shirt as a case. Couldn’t get the safe to work, couldn’t get the phone to work. The pool was very cold, could have been heated. Positives, food was great, amenities for families is good. Nice pool bar which provided drinks and food. Also nice play area near the bar. receptionists could have been a bit more friendlier

Lovely hotel, staff are amazing so helpful and friendly. We came in the off season and enjoyed the chill atmosphere and perfect weather. Child and dog friendly, great for families something for everyone. Great location from shops, train station and beach, hospital and pharmacy very close. Food is great, lovely restaurants with in walking distance. Overall fantastic holiday recommend for all ages.

We had a fantastic stay. Loved the hotel. Great location, just a short walk to beach. Really comfortable beds, pillows etc. AC worked perfectly. Pool area was lovely. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast but had lunch and it was really good.

Just home from a week to stay here. From start to finish it was absolutely beautiful. Staff are very accommodating and very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Nice place to be. Generally everyone is very nice and helpful from the hotel staff. The place is very family friendly and the hotel is nice and clean too. I would give a nice 9/10 score and definitely recommend it as the train station and the beach are very close as well the main street and the prices are adequate. Perfect for holiday

Hotel is great, yes a little dated and you don't go on holiday to stay in the room 24/7. Close to the beach and close to shops etc. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Food is fine and have a decent choice as long as your tastes are varied and feel like trying new foods. No complaints whatsoever

Staff are very pleasant friendly & helpful. Hotel is clean. Yes it's also very dated but you don't come on holiday to stay in your room. Sunbeds are uncomfortable this is true, however in less than 10 mins you are on the beach.
