Great location, close to restaurants, and within walking distance of the lighthouse, which is a lovely spot, and the beach. The hotel is very quiet and has everything you need. The service is excellent, very friendly. Everything was great.

Nice hotel. Well satisfied by the location, food and hotel. However there were lots of teenagers staying who were quiet and well behaved during the day but were noisy during the evening/ night.

Very pleasant hotel, located close to the beach. Particularly noteworthy here is the crew. From receptionists, cleaners to waiters and bartenders. The hotel is right next to the beach plus it's near the city. Rooms are nice and renovated but the bathrooms could do some work. Also keep in mind that the walls are really thin so it's quite noisy. Used hotel for Ironman Barcelona weekend. Excellent hospitality, view of the finish line and the sea, extra early breakfast on race day - manager took requests for evening meal the night before the race and delivered as promised! 10/10 would stay here again.

Transfer coach doesn’t drop you at the hotel so had to walk down the road and round the corner with hand luggage and cases n carrying a sleeping 6 year at 3am. I was with my in-laws, 2 children and partner yet they put us in a room as 3 and 3, they had no other room and I wasn’t not having my children in with me so I hade to share with my 6 year old in a single bed for 10 nights. This is a budget hotel, and the facilities reflect this. basic rooms, but clean with fresh towels and cleaning daily. The restaurant is a bit chaotic at breakfast, and food basic, but there was enough choice. Staff pleasant and hard working.

Not far from the main shopping centre beach or local transport, hotel pool bar area quite cheap for drinks and food, down side towels changed once, no change of bedding but it was cleaned each day it wouldn't stop me staying again

My pillows stank of sweat I had to use a T-shirt as a case. Couldn’t get the safe to work, couldn’t get the phone to work. The pool was very cold, could have been heated. Lovely hotel, staff are amazing so helpful and friendly. We came in the off season and enjoyed the chill atmosphere and perfect weather. Child and dog friendly, great for families something for everyone. Great location from shops, train station and beach, hospital and pharmacy very close. If your here for Ironman This is the hotel for you, location is amazing to transition and bikes. There is great local bars and restaurants. I had a stay at the hotel for 7 nights. We booked junior suite with two toilets, pool facing. Positives- location, polite staff, amazing entertainment team especially Julia, cleaning service. Lots of kids activity. Negative- be ready for horrible noises in the room. My room was adjacent to waste product room with a tap. If anyone in that room opens the tap , it makes a sound in my room like a drill...

We had a fantastic stay. Loved the hotel. Great location, just a short walk to beach. Really comfortable beds, pillows etc. AC worked perfectly. Pool area was lovely. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast but had lunch and it was really good.

Hotel is great, yes a little dated and you don't go on holiday to stay in the room 24/7. Close to the beach and close to shops etc. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Food is fine and have a decent choice as long as your tastes are varied and feel like trying new foods. No complaints whatsoever
