GHT Balmes, Hotel, Aparthotel & SPLASH in Calella

I stayed at the hotel with my daughter for 7 days, and I have to share my concerns about our experience in this hot. While I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel, I found it quite challenging due to the constant presence of school groups. :( there were hundreds of students, making it difficult for us to enjoy the amenities that we had hoped to use place felt more suitable for very young children, as there wasn't much available for my 9 year-old, and the entertainment options seemed limited. I noticed the staff appeared quite stressed or simply not attentive, which made the atmosphere less welcoming. Although the food looked appealing, unfortunately, it didn't taste as good as we expected they serve salad that was good I faced some issues with the service. When I asked to have my phone battery charged, I was disappointed that it wasn't brought to my room or that I wasn't reminded about it.I simply left my external battery there in morning rush. Staff don't take care of you. When arranging for a taxi to the airport, I was charged 150 euros, but upon checking the actual distance, it should have cost less than 50 euros.The hotel called the taxi company. Overall, my experience was not what I had hoped for, and I truly wish it had been better, especially since it was a special trip with my daughter….Also, I found the hotel to be quite a long walk from the beach added to our challenges during our stay.The rooms are so loud impossible to sleep and if that wasn't enough I wasn't given the top floor to walk with my daughter. There's no lift after third floor. They twist their policies depending on the guests as I saw some people having early dinner or given drinks with their meal which is not fair.
