Me and my fiancé has the absolute best time here on our little September get away! Not only did I get engaged at the hotel we had amazing service from all the bar team especially Marta she’s a brilliant lady who really cares about everyone she serves she definitely made our time extra special!! The rooms are immaculate and the pool is amazing many sunbeds for all to enjoy and the animation team did...

The water park is just brilliant to havh and lots of fun for everyone of all ages. Sports- The staff work very hard through the day to ensure everyone is having a good time

I travelled alone with my 6 year old son to celebrate his birthday and I have been amazed by everything at the hotel. All staff are amazing and friendly

But they do have sun beds that you can get on the beach. Unfortunately, I am allergic to the sand so have to fight for one of the poolside sun beds

Excellent beachfront location Nice hotel restaurant, but they served me oily patatas bravas. I mentioned it to the waiter, and they tried to bring me other options, but it seemed like the same dish with even more oil

The service, location, and facilities are all excellent! The bed is fantastic and the sheets are very soft. The air conditioning works great!

We stayed on the 8th floor which gave us a lovely view of the sea, town and pool. The entertainment was great, really lively and the staff were really good at getting you involved and have fun

Location is the best feature being close to both the beach and town. Getting a bit tired - 80s nautical theme - and the pool is tiny

Hotel wasn't too bad but we paid extra for a sea veiw and the view we got was just trees and the bathroom door is a 2 foot from the pillow on the bed and can see straight thru the big gap directly into your partner eyes whilst there having a crap, so not the greatest for privacy or hygiene

This is now my 4th time staying at GHT maritim. Usually when I book I've had a decent size room. This time me and my partner were given a room that was tiny. The balcony fit for one person

I went to reception and asked for a bigger room and bigger balcony which they were really happy to help with. Only thing is the room was just as small but balcony was a good size for 3-4 people

Great stay Good facilities and great value for money. Be aware that the roof terrace is adult only. We went with our 4 year old so couldn’t go up there

The breakfast and the food is served in a buffet. The prices are very low because of the season we went. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The beach is right across the street and there is also a pool in the premises

Hotel is nice, breakfast were good. Location is very close to the beach. Swimming pool is rather small, but clean. The only downside is the staff that is not answering emails

The staff have been amazing at doing their best to help out with all out booking issues. (Not the hotels fault) just lots of changes and requests . They have been great! Oh yes breakfast is awesome too

The roof terrace was fab for adults only and was for all inclusive guests , we spent everyday and it made our stay with the infinity pool too ! Overall a lovely stay for our relaxed few days and a lovely hotel in a lovely location with plenty of restaurants shops and a lovely beach nearby

The hotel is really well located. Close to the beach and to street full of restaurants and other convenience stores. The only issue is that you hear very well the other rooms and what happens in the corridor

The pool area is really nice, and has a lovely bar with always attentive staff. Also the Infinity rooftop pool is amazing and worth visiting. It's a quiet Oasis for both enjoying the sun, and cooling down

We had an amazing holiday at the Hotel DWO Les Palmeres. All the staff are highly serviceminded, very friendly, and still has a smile and a few words for you, spite many hard working days

The swimming pool wasn't very big but the beach was only a short stroll away do it didn't matter. The restaurant was down stairs from the ground floor with plenty of seating & always a good choice of lovely food

The pool is cold and suthing there is a pool on the roof with sun beds and you feell like your swimming in the sea the restaurant is a floor underground the two lifts will take you to any floor the buffet is delicious see you there!

Excellent hospitality, view of the finish line and the sea, extra early breakfast on race day - manager took requests for evening meal the night before the race and delivered as promised! 10/10 would stay here again

The hotel is right next to the beach plus it's near the city. Rooms are nice and renovated but the bathrooms could do some work. Also keep in mind that the walls are really thin so it's quite noisy

The room we were given was a good size, air conditioning, mattress and pillow a bit hard, I like it that way, large wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub, flat screen TV and a small terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking the street

Breakfast menu service, sandwiches, bikinis, hamburgers, pizzas, mixed dishes, Indian food, they also had all kinds of drinks and cocktails, they even had shishas with different types of flavours, all at affordable prices for a hotel

If I had seen the cctv I could have found out who stole them, but like I said, our fault for leaving them! They do play music by the pool during the day, but there is no evening entertainment but there is plenty other places nearby to enjoy a night out

The hotel in its self was very nice and clean however apon arrival we did have to pay a tourist tax to get electricity,the food was repetitive the pool was ok could do with being cleaned more often,we kept having power cuts and would leave us with no electricity for about 20 minutes,this hotel would be great for a older couple but if you are trying to have fun or family time I would not recomend as...

Also they should be some control on some loudy customers disturbing ours both in the reception area and rooms late at night

Traveled from Scotland with my polish partner and I have had Amazing experience - people need to remember the price you are paying, hotel manager is lovely and very attentive. Close to beach, shops and town centre

The pool was pretty cold but it’s expected as we went in mid September and gets quite chilly in the evening, the pool area also is very small, there isn’t enough sun beds for everyone, but everyone manages

Excellent campsite with welcoming staff at reception. The site is well organised and the bathroom area is spotless. The site is by a beautiful beach and the train station is a 10 minute walk

Very convenient location - 2 minute walk to a lovely clean beach and prom. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Onky negative was it was very tight manoeuvring the caravan on and off the pitch

the place was spotless toilets and showers cleaned regularly. A warm welcome at reception and gave me a choice of pitches. Wish I could of stayed longer, 2 mins from the beach was absolutely perfect for my 2 dogs

Ground staff were also very helpful - especially moving heavy luggage when one of us had a back problem And, the cafe staff were also lovely - and didn't laugh at our very learner-level Spanish! We highly recommend this beautiful, clean resort - and it's great value too!

Nice break ok for families, very busy at times, but good for get away from uk an relax,so you don't have to stay in the hotel all of the time if you do not want to, its better to go all inclusive, but make sure also when you venture out at night when its hot and humid carefull incase you may get bit by the mosquitoes at dusk ,in the summer months

There's no entertainment in the hotel and you need to go to nearby Hotel Bon Repos in the evening, on the whole the animacio team are good but there is a magic show called Mag Magic which uses animals as part of its act, sadly I fear for the welfare of the animals and hope that the hotel stop engaging this act in the near future! Overall if you want somewhere cheap and cheerful to put your head down...

Lovely hotel, nice escape frm uk weather, what a bleak August it was, beautiful sunshine all week in spain, i met some lovely English and Spanish people over there, food was lovely, staff was great, the only downside to the hotel is no kettle in rooms,or a fridge,microwave etc, u get wat u pay 4 really wiv it bein 3*

you get what you pay for its nice when you get there,lots to explore theyre are long queues for breakkie,dinner,evening meal in peak times of the year,and short amount of sunbeds for how many ppl are at the hotel, lovely beach down the road, just a short walk away, lovely town its well looked after but be aware spainish ppl like to come out at night and party when it's too hot so when you wanna go...

30 even though the pool doesn’t open till 9, we only ever had 3 beds even though there was 6 of us and on our last day the reception man removed our towels off 2 bed and threw them onto one, I’d only gone for breakfast

Very close more less on the strip so you have all the shops and cafes and restaurants you'd like and a 10 minute walk down to the beach! I would recommend 👌🏼

What a fabulous hotel, location is in walking distance of the beach, train station, main strip, we stopped here for a week from the start we felt so safe even walking round the resort itsself the staff always greeted you and were lovely and the maids too who were working hard, our room was cleaned every day, now a big massive shout out to Tinni who works at the bar what a incredible lady she is nothing...

The pool and entertainment was very good, Carla was great with the kids! The staff were super helpful especially Dina and Nora, they helped me book activities and plan our days out which was so nice as we had never visited the area before

Facilities for the price are excellent, pool is nice, little bar and couple of pool tables. There is a great street only 5 mins walk away full of bars shops and the best ice cream we found at a very reasonable price

We stayed 7 nights and absolutely loved it. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was clean and comfy. The breakfast had good options, my kids loved the fresh pancakes

The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach and local attractions, yet very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Everything feels very well maintained

Not far from the main shopping centre beach or local transport, hotel pool bar area quite cheap for drinks and food, down side towels changed once, no change of bedding but it was cleaned each day it wouldn't stop me staying again

My pillows stank of sweat I had to use a T-shirt as a case. Couldn’t get the safe to work, couldn’t get the phone to work. The pool was very cold, could have been heated

Rooms were cleaned every day; towels, shampoos, soaps could be changed on demand but at least every two days. I did like the bar with relaxed atmosphere. Gracias, Paradis Park, for sweet memories!

The pool was always clean and the outside area was lovely, although hard to enjoy the pool most days because of the amount of children jumping and splashing and inflatables in the pool

This is a 2 star hotel, so it's a no frills sort of place, but it's very well thought out and all the most critical things - a comfortable bed, a decent shower and all the equipment and utensils you might need to make a simple meal - are provided

I said I didn't need the cleaner in for my 3 night stay so an extra €30 I felt was excessive as my dog slept in his own bed and does not jump up on the furniture. Other places in the area only charge €5
