We visit the hotel for over 25 years now, we have seen a lot of changes. I won't say they all are positive but for us the hotel is fine. I agree that 4* is to high back in the day the hotel was 3* but since the spa is there they get 4*... What people wrote about unclean rooms with dust and insects ect I have never seen that. It's ok hotel. The food was good though. They have a sign outside advertising a 3 course meal for 16 euros, but when you go inside, the waiter tells you that they don't offer that deal. In my opinion, they're misleading people and I'm not up for it. On the positive side the service was adequate, friendly staff and clean facilities.

However, the bed sheets didn’t appear to be changed that often and I had to request clean towels as we were still using the same ones after 4 days. Definitiven no 4 Stars. The AC blows straight to your Face and I got Sick. The Bath and the room arent really clean. The Overall Quality of the hotel is pretty Medium. Signs on the door were ignored or overseen, they came in anyways

The accommodation is shown on booking websites as a renewed hotel, but that was not the case. Rooms were very small and old, the quality and the entourage of the hotel rooms were bad. No fridge, cleanliness was poor, floors were dirty and yellow of mold and the beds were not good quality and too small (I am 1.78). The hotel staff in the bar and some girls from the reception were very nice and helpful...

Great hotel and staff 10days into our 14 day stay ,relaxed and clean .Great welcome from reception team on arrival .Brilliant friendly bar team too many names to mention but outstanding are Paul ,Alex and Hamza .Real credit to room attendants who come in daily .Superb will recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel was not bad, but it needs renovation. The greatest thing was breakfast, it was really good. Swimming pool area is also very nice, but it’s always very crowded with people and it’s hard to get a sun bed, people put towels on them and leave even though it’s not permitted.

Just back from a lovely 5 days at DWO Sirius. I went away for a girly holiday with my mum and we absolutely loved it. There was a wide range of food and drinks available on the Club Select package, in my opinion there was as something for every taste. Just spent 4 nights here only complaint we didn't stay longer the nicest food and Hottest we have had in spain and have stayed in a lot of them lovely calm dining experience, no pushing and shoving to get food, room was clean and comfortable only negative was dodgy shower head everywhere was clean and smelt flesh always got a sunbed by 9.30 after that people did struggle maybe cld fit another 10 sun...

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. I admit the rooms were very dated and needed repairs, so dont expect luxury. As for the location of this hotel it was fantastic. You could not get any closer to the beach and the outside bar area and seating area was very pretty with great beach views. This hotel is also situated by lots of shops and restaurants. We had a very enjoyable stay.

I do not recommend, I would give 2 stars and not 4. As soon as I arrived I already had problems, good location, so-so food

Enjoyed my stay 😊 It was a pleasant stay and the food was good. The rooms are basic and noise was sometimes an issue but overall it was good. Some staff members couldn’t do enough including Loly, Eileen, Paola and dumi, would go again.

Very comfortable hotel, close to the beach and with various activities such as dancing, gymnastics, etc. I highly recommend it; it's a good value for money.
