It's ok hotel. The food was good though. They have a sign outside advertising a 3 course meal for 16 euros, but when you go inside, the waiter tells you that they don't offer that deal. In my opinion, they're misleading people and I'm not up for it. On the positive side the service was adequate, friendly staff and clean facilities.

If you are Bulgarian and want to have a nice time do not visit the hotel. There is discriminatory attitude towards us, at sometimes offensive. There are bans on everything. The most horrible attitude was from Angela, rude, even with physical contact, unacceptable as attitude to customers. Our group was 20 people and the review is true for each of us.

We stayed 12 nights at Alegria Mar with the all-inclusive option and checked out today. Our room with a sea view was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the location is perfect for both relaxing and exploring the area.
