I really would recommend this hotel. The staff is really nice and the service is great. The hotel rooms are very clean. The food is really good they have a lot to offer even if you’ve a lactose intolerance, gluten allergy etc. For adults and kids there are lot of activities hosted. The animation team is really amazing. We are definitely coming back next year.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and close to the sea, the train station, and the bus stop right across the street. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the breakfast is a pure delight. The staff are attentive, bilingual (French, English, Spanish), and the spa is convenient for relaxing.

The location is excellent and the breakfast is good. The soundproofing of the hotel is not good. I booked a double room but only got a twin room. The service of the hotel is not at the level of a five-star hotel. Ctrip's service is very good.

The overall hotel experience was good and we couldn’t fault the staff. However, the bed sheets didn’t appear to be changed that often and I had to request clean towels as we were still using the same ones after 4 days. They really do a fair effort to be a 4 🌟 hotel. And they're making it. Still some issues to improve, like the quality of the shows and better management of the pool. But they're in the good path.

It's ok hotel. The food was good though. They have a sign outside advertising a 3 course meal for 16 euros, but when you go inside, the waiter tells you that they don't offer that deal. In my opinion, they're misleading people and I'm not up for it. On the positive side the service was adequate, friendly staff and clean facilities.

The train station is so very close by and we got the train into central Barcelona very easily. Nice drinks in the all inclusive menu. My kids loved the teens club and the animators! What a fantastic hotel! My husband and I stayed here during the IFBB World Championships in November 2025, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Had a good experience here... food was very good. Loads of options at breakfast and dinner. Room and bathroom clean when we checked in and the housekeeping team did daily cleaning. You don't have to worry, really aldults only, not a big one, just on the edge of enormous hotels. Swimming poolis small but clean. We stayed 12 nights at Alegria Mar with the all-inclusive option and checked out today. Our room with a sea view was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the location is perfect for both relaxing and exploring the area. Clean hotel.rooms a bit dated. Sunbeds around pool are very worn and uncomfortable, badly need replacement. Poor selection of drinks for AI guests.

If you are Bulgarian and want to have a nice time do not visit the hotel. There is discriminatory attitude towards us, at sometimes offensive. There are bans on everything. The most horrible attitude was from Angela, rude, even with physical contact, unacceptable as attitude to customers. Our group was 20 people and the review is true for each of us.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. The food was delicious and varied every day, the staff was always attentive, friendly, and ready to help, and overall my experience exceeded expectations. I highly recommend booking at least 4 to 5 days to truly enjoy everything the hotel has to offer, and choosing the all-inclusive package is definitely worth it. Perfect trip for my fiancées birthday. We checked in gone midnight and they took pasta salads, bread rolls, fruit and bottled water to the room without us asking which was much appreciated.
