The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and close to the sea, the train station, and the bus stop right across the street. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the breakfast is a pure delight. The staff are attentive, bilingual (French, English, Spanish), and the spa is convenient for relaxing.

Super nice new hotel with multiple pools. Nice staff and extensive breakfast buffet. We were here for 3 days in October but are definitely planning to come back in the summer!

The location is excellent and the breakfast is good. The soundproofing of the hotel is not good. I booked a double room but only got a twin room. The service of the hotel is not at the level of a five-star hotel. Ctrip's service is very good.

The hotel is very close to the station, the environment is very good, and the holiday principle is good.

Inma, Marta, Melody, Miguel are very good at customer service. Thank you all for your excellent hospitality. You all made our stay very remarkable. Inma was very helpful with drink proposals. Absolutely amazing experience. I travelled alone with my 6 year old son to celebrate his birthday and I have been amazed by everything at the hotel. All staff are amazing and friendly. Me and my fiancé has the absolute best time here on our little September get away! Not only did I get engaged at the hotel we had amazing service from all the bar team especially Marta she’s a brilliant lady who really cares about everyone she serves she definitely made our time extra special!! At the moment we are staying here and the hotel and service are just fine. The reception is helpful and tries to think along with you. Breakfast is good, although it can sometimes get busy. We don’t eat here otherwise, so I can’t say much more about that. Unfortunately, reserving sunbeds with towels does happen, but in general you can still find a spot. This was our first holiday abroad, myself & 2 teens. Hotel is fantastic, modern, clean & spacious, the staff are absolutely amazing friendly, approachable & always smiling! I mentioned it to the waiter, and they tried to bring me other options, but it seemed like the same dish with even more oil. I didn't eat them, but they charged me anyway. Wow! What an amazing stay. Where do I start... The rooms were absolutely lovely, really nice shower and bathroom, the bed was really comfy and such a spacious room with an amazing view from the balcony. Decent hotel. Location is the best feature being close to both the beach and town. Getting a bit tired - 80s nautical theme - and the pool is tiny. Nevertheless we seem to keep coming back because it offers good value for money, you can park easily and the food is pleasant. It is only for adults so whilst I don't dislike children you can lie by the pool and read without being disturbed.

Great stay Good facilities and great value for money. Be aware that the roof terrace is adult only. We went with our 4 year old so couldn’t go up there

We had an amazing holiday at the Hotel DWO Les Palmeres. All the staff are highly serviceminded, very friendly, and still has a smile and a few words for you, spite many hard working days. The hotel is more 3 stars than the 4 stars it has been given. The rooms are kept very clean but don't have the space one expects. Our twin room had 3 beds in it. One of which totally blocked access to the full-length mirror. We were told it could not be removed. To make sure of this, there was a random chair, next to it, also taking up space, but not needed. My experience at the hotel was good. I found that the room was very clean apart from the fact that there was a bug when I entered. Service was okay, apart from service at the dinner hall, they were very unorganised and the utensils, such as cups were not thouroughly cleaned. Anahit was very good to us, she went above and beyond to provide us a great service. The food is excellent 5 star 🌟. The only downside was the room beddings were not changed during our stay and the smelly sewer pipes from the bathroom. Also they should be some control on some loudy customers disturbing ours both in the reception area and rooms late at night.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Cleaned every day. Hotel staff were brilliant. Manager opened a room up on last day for me to freshen up on my last day before the flight. Any problems were sorted quickly and efficiently.

It is amazing hotel! Spotless rooms, fresh food and lovely people. We loved the pool bar and pool, however small was clean and nice to swim in. Hotel is quite small, so no crowds, staff always there to help, and manager actually walking around, checking everything not sitting in the office. Lovely time in a lovely place!
