I enjoyed my experience at the Hotel Don Juan Tossa. Great location near the beach and only short walk to all the local restaurants, supermarkets etc.. rooms were cleaned everyday, Hotel was spotless. Would definitely use again. The only thing I would suggest would be to put a kettle in the rooms

We had a great stay at Hotel Don Juan Tossa! The location is perfect — just a few minutes from the beach and the town center. Our room was spacious, with a big bathroom and a lovely large terrace. Fabulous place to stay in Tossa just outside the main area but 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the centre of town, 15 minutes to the castle. The hotel looks nice for the price, room and breakfast was good, we also had parking and it was close to the beach (10 min ) and a lot of shopps and restaurants, but I can't recomand it because of the NOISE, it was extremely difficult to sleep when you hear everything from the kitchen, hallway or cleaning stuff room. If you are a good sleeper maybe it will do for you. I don't recomand it.

We didn't find anyone at reception or at the hotel either, just a tablet to check in and a phone to call. For a four-star hotel, the rooms were very old, the furniture and a balcony facing a wall.

Great location right on the beach, close to the old town, lots of shopping and dining options. Staff were very helpful, room super comfortable. They closed the lovely entry room and patio for one evening for a small local wedding which was super fun to see!

The hotel is in a good location, right by the beach, but a waiter who looks like an Asian has a bad attitude and is obviously very cold to Chinese tourists, which makes people feel uncomfortable.

If you’re thinking about staying here, DO IT! We last minute booked two nights in the suite with the spiral staircase and it was the best decision ever. Most charming and well appointed rooms plus exceptional service from Andrea. 10/10 recommend!!

Excellent stay in a lovely town

The room is very big. My family traveled by car and booked the hotel while driving. We found it very good when we checked in. The sofa bed was made in advance. The beach is just across the commercial street. It is very convenient for eating, staying and playing. The breakfast is very good and rich.
