GHT Sa Riera Hotel in Tossa de Mar

Most of the staff were very nice, kind, and helpful — especially at the bar and in the restaurant. However, it was a bit annoying to show the room card with meal information every time. The reception staff were also friendly and helpful, except for Ms. Nastia, whose attitude was somewhat rude and unhelpful — making faces while talking to guests is really inappropriate.
The cleaning staff should pay more attention to cleaning the rooms and bathrooms. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t properly cleaned during our 6-day stay — it wasn’t vacuumed, the bedding wasn’t changed, and we had to ask for fresh towels ourselves. The bathroom isn’t really separated from the room, and the shower was quite dirty, with moldy grout. Overall, cleanliness definitely needs improvement.
Unfortunately, the bottom of the so-called large pool is very slippery, and the jacuzzi downstairs is poorly maintained — it’s basically rusty and neglected.
