Everything was very nice. Except we had a room with a smelly toilet. Location, food perfect, all staff trying for their best, can't say anything bad.

We booked this hotel based on good reviews and seeking to avoid Lloret de Mar. At just under £1000 for 6 nights for the three of us, half board, it was a good deal. Our stay has been great. Enjoyed every moment of our stay . Staff were cheerful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Food was good . Especially the breakfast was excellent with variety of cheese bread biscuits fruit and English breakfast.

I must say the food surprised me with how nice it was however after a few days it does get a little bit repetitive if you're staying there for 7 days +. Rooms were always cleaned well. Things I would improve is leaving non slippery mats next to the pools as many kids slipped over and bumped the heads (even whilst walking so it wasn't the case of children running). Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

Okay,just. Hotel is extremely busy with teenage summer camps. Breakfast was good but very busy. Some staff nice but some are very abrupt,we struggled to get any boiled water for babies bottles, it proved very difficult and staff were not very accommodating.

I stayed at this hotel with our dogs and had a pleasant experience. The best part was that they warmly welcome pets, which made traveling with my dog so much easier. The rooms are comfortable. The service is outstanding in all departments. Enjoyed the pool and yoga session. I can’t say enough good about the food. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide choice. Very nice and cozy hotel, the location is excellent, there is a small supermarket, KFC, McDonald's, Burger King nearby, it takes no more than 7 minutes to get to the beach. Overall, I liked the hotel, but there are a few things that could be improved. What I didn’t like: - For several days, there was no soap in the men’s restroom located in the basement (near the playroom). - The floor tiles in the hotel, especially on the upper floors, could definitely use an update. Location is amazing 10 minutes walk from the hotel, loads of shops / food shops outside the hotel. Atmosphere is great very welcoming, rooms are a good and clean. Value for money not to expensive and it’s amazing. Noise levels at night is good. Service is great all the staff underhand English so it was easy to communicate. Amenities good.

This hotel is very interesting. The evening entertainment was superb -- Las Vegas quality without crowds. The public areas are decorated with art and antiques you would see at a large show and you can spend hours just touring the many large public areas and getting a good look at the collections.

Good hotel with many facilities to enjoy, with parking option. The breakfast is good too. Only thing that I am not very happy is the shower in the single room (seems ok for double and beyond). The shower place is too small and the curtain is sticking to the body and water is leaking around.
