Boutique Hotel Casa Granados in Tossa de Mar

Room was clean and staff was great. Only criticism I have was that the stairs leading to the hotel can be challenging if you have any mobility issues.

The hotel room was comfortable and clean. we also enjoyed the continental breakfast the next day. When I return to Spain I will stay at this boutique hotel again.

We stayed four nights in the beginning of Oktober 2025, at Boutique Hotel Casa Granados. From the moment we arrive at the hotel and throughout our entire stay we feel welcome and well taken care of by the staff. I love the style, lighting and decor of the rooms, Including a comfortable sofa. The beds are also comfortable the cleaning impeccable! And the garden...my god, we really must talk about this garden. This is a beautiful oasis, even now in autumn it is an inviting and pleasant place to be. But we have also seen the garden in July, in full bloom, incredibly beautiful! From the garden we have access to the hotel's roof terrace, which is beautifully decorated and with a breathtaking view of the old town, the castle and the sea. With all the various levels and zones for relaxation its easy to find a favourite spot. We used the roof terrace, the swimming pool and one evening we enjoyed the jacuzzi in beautiful moonlight. This garden is a place where you can lower your shoulders and enjoy the silence, interrupted only by beautiful birdsong. Hotel Casa Granados restaurant, Can Sophia, is one of the best restaurants in Costa Brava. We had breakfast there every day, as well as dinner twice and lunch one day. The restaurant absolutely met our high expectations. It is well known that the restaurant serves fantastic food. But the restaurant's charm and location should also be mentioned. Designed with stone, glass and metal, balanced with flowers, candlesticks and beautiful chandeliers under the glass ceiling, which together create a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. A place you don't want to leave! The whole atmosphere at Casa Granados gives us a unique feeling of happiness. Especially the room, which has become our favourite. (Which I won't tell you what is, because of the risk of it being booked the next time we want it😊 Finally, I have to mention the staff, these wonderfully welcoming and dedicated people who make the whole place shine! Their importance must never be underestimated. This is our number one place to bee, which ticks all the boxes for a perfect holiday. Dagmar & Jon

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa Granados in Tossa de Mar. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely grounds, a peaceful atmosphere, and a great location. We arrived early and the staff warmly welcomed us, offering to hold our bags so we could explore the town. When we returned later, they had already placed our bags in the room — a thoughtful touch that really stood out. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. If we return to Tossa de Mar, this will definitely be our first choice!

We really enjoyed our stay for three nights! The grounds are beautiful and (I think!) the only hotel in Tossa de Mar with a pool! Super close to everything and very relaxing. The room was very clean as well.

A fascinating location in the Old Town of Tossa. Don't expect your taxi to get you right up to the front door! Our two rooms were spacious and clean and full of character. For a seven bedroom hotel the amenities were excellent with the pool and jacuzzi very well maintained within a very nice garden. Excellent breakfast. Could not sample dinner as we were there right at the start of the season and the restaurant did not open until June. Right from the start we were all made most welcome by Andrea Zoetmulder and her colleagues, one of whom was there at 5.45am on our last morning to help us to our taxi! Thank you, Andrea and Co.

Fantastic property with nicely decorated rooms in a great location. The hotel has a pool and gardens which make for a lovely retreat from the hubbub of the town centre. Breakfast offers a selection of local charcuterie and cheeses, freshly cut fruit, eggs made to order, among many other things. There is a well-stocked bar, ideal for a sundowner on the terrace garden in front of the hotel. Above all, every member of staff was very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already making plans for our next visit.

Amazing location, nice rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Parking is challenging but that’s the price of such a great location.

I love this hotel and everything it has to offer. After a week long cycling trip that took us all over Figueres, the costal area of Palafrugll and Girona, we were looking for a relaxing day at Tossa de Mar. The hotel is quirky, but don't take that the wrong way. There are 7 rooms, all with a backdoor that leads you to the hotel's grounds. I took a long sauna, hopped into the refreshing swimming pool, meditated at the self-service bar that had wonderful views of the Med and town. The staff was unbelievable and took care of our every need. I asked them if I could borrow a few wine glasses and they just appeared. The on sight restaurant Can Sophia was fantastic (see my rare 5 star review) as you'd expect from a place like this. My only disappointment is that I only booked this for one night.
Be advised that your taxi may have difficulty finding this place given its location, but don't let that change your mind! You may have to walk a little.
If you're on your honeymoon, stay at this hotel, you'll thank me many times, especially when you see it...
