Air conditioning heating only, without the possibility to change to cool. Room was really hot inside even with the window open.

Great hotel that's 5 minutes away from Lugo by car. Restaurants, a mall, gas stations and other stores are all nearby as well. Stayed for a few days and rooms were spacious and always clean. The staff was friendly and parking wasn't a hassle. I definitely recommend it to anyone staying by Lugo.

Very modern hotel with great amenities. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice style. The lady who organized dinner for our group of 14 people was very polite and prepared a delicious meal for us all. The lady in charge if breakfast the next morning made sure everything was fully stocked and we had plenty of the food. The food was delicious.

Impressive little gem of a hotel, would recommend & would definitely stay again!

Reception - staff were friendly, knowledgeable & very accommodating on arrival. Our room was ready prior to check in time, they were more than happy to let us in!

Rooms - very spacious, very clean & tidy. Great bathroom with jacuzzi bath, very nice touch!

Location - a little out of town, but short taxi ride away so no problem, perfect spot for our commute to the MX track. Great parking for our hire car also!

Room is fine. Front desk staff friendly and attentive. However, the breakfast is not what they sell you. Be aware, if you want a cooked breakfast you’ll have to wait until the breakfast cook decides to turn up and open the kitchen - around 9am they say - and then you have to pay for that hot cooked breakfast. So before that you’ll get a dry croissant, an average cup of coffee and small orange juice, oh and no real happy service.

Location is a little out of town but the hotel is very comfortable, restaurant is sleek (although service wasn’t great), but hotel staff were delightful

Very nice staff the welcoming was very warm and they advised us places to go near town Lugo. I lost a bracelet which they found before I knew and gave it back to me it was really a nice detail, that bracelet has a lot of sentimental value to me.
