Great place to end my vacation! The bed was perfect, the room spacious, especially loved the little sun room. And the location is excellent for strolling the waterfront, access to good restaurants, and just relaxing. But the true stars are the people. Everyone here is so warm and nice. They made me fall in love with this hotel and this city.

breakfast could be better. Restaurant was closed at 8:45 pm then I had to find a place to eat over raining outside

We enjoyed our stay. The shining part being the front desk staff (beds and shower were great too.) We felt immediately welcomed and was given detailed information about local sites and restaurants.

From the moment we arrived, the receptionist told us, “You’re in the best location”—and he wasn’t lying. The hotel is perfectly situated: close to everything we needed, while still being in a beautiful, charming area.
The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and incredibly well maintained. Everything from the design to the cleanliness made it a very comfortable stay. The staff was also very kind and welcoming, which added to the overall experience.
One of the nights (a Friday), it was a bit noisy due to people shouting on the street. Aside from that, everything was great.

Great location, spacious room, comfy bed, modern looking & decoration, free parking in the basement. Breakfast at €15/person. Everything you need for a short trip. We just stayed 1 night and everything was working well, quiet so we didn't even interact with the staff. They seem friendly though.
Definitely will stay here again if we are back in Vigo.

The hotel is very well located. That is the only good thing, as the facilities and furniture are not in line with the stars or price. We were unable to sleep at all due to the discomfort of the beds and pillows. The price paid does not match the facilities.

It would have been 5's but got stuck in the lift for 30 mins and had no walk in shower. Cumfi bed, safe in room, very clean, adequate breakfast. Bars just next door, restaurants all nearby. City living so can be a bit noisy with traffic passing. All up really good, would come again.

The hotel is located phenomenally, from the room we could see the Ferris wheel, 50m from the Christmas stalls. Very comfortable room, VERY GOOD
