Excellent location, breakfast, free park and friendly people

Everything is as expected, except for one small improvement: the outdoor parking lot should be reserved for hotel guests only, because everyone outside the hotel parks their vehicles there, leaving guests without parking. The indoor parking lot has few spaces and no reservations. This is a negative.

It was a family trip with a long journey. We couldn't find a good hotel with an affordable price. But it is quite distanced from the city center though, the hotel was quite nice. The room was spacious (it was a bonus) and the bed was clean and soft. The room service was perfect, nothing to complain.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, you have to take a taxi to go to the city center and the beach. The service is good but the design of the bathroom is a bit inconvenient~

Spacious room, but (being subjective) with wooden floor instead of carpet. Carpet present only on the halls. Good service, restaurant available, good food. Quiet place. Parking available even at the basement.

Maybe this place was once a proper 4 star hotel. Right now, it is sitting at the top level of 3 stars. Everything works fine. The place is very clean and the hospitality is great. You have amazing restaurants and shops around, so it is a pretty nice location.

The hotel is fantastic! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and very clean. It's very close to Vigo's main beaches and not far from the bus station, and the airport.

It’s misleading to call this hotel 4 stars. 2-3 at most. Whilst the price did match the level of accommodation it would be more honest to call things as they are. I also experienced the same problem as others with the noise from next door room. They were just talking but the sound proofing is non existent. For some reason this hotel keeps putting people next to each other despite this well known problem...

The hotel is truly 3*** 4 instead. The rooms sockets are broken and if you gotta work there is no socket under the desk. Service was good and staff very nice, however there is no restaurant in the hotel and you are forced to have dinner outside. Outside there are no many options.

The cleanness of the hotel shouldnbe better. For example the lobby sofás are wornnout and dirty

Modern and Spacious Very friendly staff at reception. Well sized and presented room with all the features you would expect. Underground parking available at an adjacent public car park with a separate marked area for the Hotel allowing access straight from the car park to the Hotel. I only had breakfast and not an evening meal but the restaurant was superb with interesting views of the port.

This i great facility and the correlation price-product is great. Value for the price is excellent.

The hotel is located far from the Old Town, in the commercial port. The area is not nice. The view from the room is depressing. There are no nice restaurants or cafés around, so walking to the the old town is the only solution. This can be a bit dangerous at night (you'll find homeless sleeping on your way ) The staff at conciergerie have no suggestions as to where to eat, and they don't care to find...

Very nice modern hotel with designated hotel garage parking in underground public car park with lift direct to reception (€13 per night). Receptionist very friendly as were the cleaning staff. The value of this hotel is unmistakable to any experienced traveler. This was my second time staying in this hotel and I’m looking forward to my next stay, already. Clean, spacious room, very comfortable bed and a wonderful bathroom. Great breakfast, too.

The hotel has a nice feel once you go to your room, a "castle-like" feeling with the lighting contributing to it. I appreciate and am grateful to the very helpful hotel staff, Ms. Aiona. Located close enough to both train stations in town as to be walkable with rolling bags, and also a comfortable walking distance from the Old Town for good restaurants and shopping. The staff went above and beyond to help my wife and I celebrate a milestone anniversary when we stayed. Will definitely be back again.

We only had one night between Coruña and taking the train to Porto. The room was good. A decent size and comfortable. We did not get to try the full breakfast as we had an early start. This hotel is well positioned for walking to the train station even with luggage. Also close to the best dining options. I would stay again when in Vigo.

Hotel is in a good location with paid parking. You can either park in the hotel parking (subject to availability and small) or park in the shopping mall in front of the hotel. Price is 18 EUR per 24 hours. My room wasn't very clean as I could still see lady hair on my pillows and its missing some amenities such as a kettle for water to drink tea.

Great place to end my vacation! The bed was perfect, the room spacious, especially loved the little sun room. And the location is excellent for strolling the waterfront, access to good restaurants, and just relaxing. But the true stars are the people. Everyone here is so warm and nice. They made me fall in love with this hotel and this city.

The hotel is very well located. That is the only good thing, as the facilities and furniture are not in line with the stars or price. We were unable to sleep at all due to the discomfort of the beds and pillows. The price paid does not match the facilities.

The place was nice and the pool was great to have for the kids. We didn't get to experience any of the spa services b/c we didn't realize the time zone difference driving from Portugal. The location is pretty far from the city center, but it does have it's own beach access which is nice. Room was spacious and clean, bed and pillows super comfortable, bathroom large with both shower and tube and all the amenities provided. We just missed a chair or an armchair/sofa to be given 5 stars.

This place is a gorgeous restoration of a "Galician pazo" (a rural residence of the nobles in the Galician region). The main entrance depicts many armory shields (escudos, as the name of the place), 101 of them according to the details i found. The hotel counts with rooms, restaurants, event rooms, a pool and many green areas and gardens. Also the views to the ria are beautiful.

Expected a bit more. This did not feel like 4 stars. The pool was very small and closed while it is almost June. The hotel interior felt dated, lots of things like curtains and room furniture was worn out. The hotel is an okay option if you want to be relatively central and have low expectations.

A bit of luxury on our Camino walk! Stayed here during a stop along the Camino. An excellent choice as they treated us well! From check in to check out, we were given excellent service, with clean rooms and great facilities including the restaurant. A lovely location too in a beautiful neighbourhood. Would go again!

This hotel is very well located in the city center, spotlessly clean, and has a spotless bathroom. The breakfast is adequate, though not exceptional. However, the room is poorly soundproofed. The hotel's underground parking is convenient, but it's extremely difficult to maneuver due to its narrowness, and the daily rate of 16 euros is excessive.

An excellent family run hotel located very close to the train and bus stations. Also, the regular bus from Vigo airport (cash payment only) stops only about a 10 mins walk from the hotel. My room and the bathroom were very clean. Brais, the Manager and his team were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. As I was happy and satisfied with everything, I will definitely return!

The room was OK, but it was really noisy, which was not conducive to my sleep as I am a light sleeper. However, the location was really convenient, within walking distance of the train station and bus station.

This hotel is well placed in a great location. If you check Google maps there is a whole area of clubs and bars within a two minute walk just slightly down the hill. You can walk to the old town down a long gentle slope in around 15minutes, plus you have one of the main bus/train stations next door which is also covered by a mall, and an elevator down to sea level. I stayed for one night. The room was very small and had no natural light, as the window faced the skylight, which made you feel depressed ,all night raining cat and dogs. Hotel located 10 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the port. The beds are large, but there isn’t much extra space in the room – though honestly, what more do you really need beyond a comfortable place to sleep? I did miss having a kettle and some coffee. Tucked away in a quiet street yet having views across the Ria de Vigo from the back, we were pleased with our stay. Very friendly staff on reception who also serve in the small bar in the foyer. This hotel was booked because it was suggested by a friend. To be honest, there is a lack of stars to be rated in service. People in charge of reception were the best of the best. Gave me excellent price, gave me check in in advance, take care of the bar in order to have a beer and coffees with friends, took care of luggage after check out, help with directions. No words to express my gratitude.

We liked it a lot, it is very close to Príncipe and therefore to the center, the hotel has the typical services and although it is a little old, it has everything, even for a little more you can have breakfast right there. The bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious as is the closet. The bathtub was a little battered as was the sink faucet but for the price it is very good.
