The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was cozy, and the overall environment felt quiet and safe.
The staff were also friendly and helpful, adding to the smooth experience from check-in to check-out. Overall, it is a great choice for travelers who value a convenient location, cleanliness, and a comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again.
Furthermore, the sauna and hammam look very different from the promotional images. This lack of upkeep might explain why the price is relatively low for a "five-star" property. There are many hotels in cities like Kyoto or Paris that preserve their original design while remaining perfectly maintained, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.
The location is perfect. Away from the town centre tourist rush, but just a mere 10 minute walking distance away.
The suite was spacious and beautiful. The breakfast was abundant of local goods.
And most importantly, Paloma, from Guest Relations, made sure that our stay is special and we received a personal treatment to accommodate our anniversary celebration and those little touches definitely will make us remember this trip for a long time.
Cleanliness: Excellent!
Environment: Excellent! There's a small park right outside, and the cathedral is about a 10-minute walk from there. Very convenient. The breakfast was exceptionally plentiful!
