I was looking for a parking lot, then suddenly a lady came from this hotel and knocked really hard on my glass to say that I can't park there (I already knew that)

If you have any issues with your booking (and propably also with your stay), Inffinite in Vigo is not helpful or willing to help. Do not count on a goodwill-resolution of your situation. If you are not 1000% sure, we recommend not to book here!
Short explaination: We booked a non-refundable night there and realized less than 48 hrs after booking, that we put in the wrong date. After contacting the hotel via email and phone, they are not willing to help to change the booking dates and insist to keep the dates. Although we do not want a refund of any of our money.
Thus, we can only recommend to book with an other hotel where the service is more accommodating.

Excellent position where the Christmas lights. Very attentive and friendly staff, very comfortable room and bed.

Not a family friendly hotel at all. With two small children they oblige you to get two rooms. If we go away for the weekend we want to be together not separated! First time this has happened to us. Won't be returning here again and we come to Vigo a lot.

Very comfortable, the service is super good and warm, the room is well designed and clean, comfortable and quiet. If I have a chance next time, I will definitely stay at your hotel again!

+ The hotel is on a quiet street, close to several restaurants, bars, cafes and a mini-market. The two main attractions - the port area and Porte Sol - are within less than a ten minutes walk. We had breakfast at the hotel (three mornings). There is a rich buffet and we also had freshly prepared cheese omelets every day. Room was large and spacious. A Nespresso coffee machine with capsules was in the room (four star hotels we stayed at didn't have this). The bathroom was very large and good. Everything was clean. The people at the reception desk were very helpful and pleasant.- Frankly, there was nothing we didn't like.

Modern hotel very close to the harbour. Parking available nearby at price agreed upon. Expensive breakfast (14€ per person).

The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Fernando and his father are excellent hosts. Breakfast was wonderful. Great location, lots of good restaurants close by. There is a cafe or bar next door and there was a bit of noise late due to a big soccer game on TV. But it was not excessive and I don't think it lasted very long. I went right back to sleep, it was not enough to keep me awake. The hotel is located in the city center, some things like this should be expected. All in all, a great place to stay. Definitely recommend!

Familar runned Hotel, father and son and his staff do all the best to help theis guests, excelent brakfast, Rooms very clean and confortable, excelent shower. Definetelly the best 2 or 3 star hotel I ever met!! The location of this hotel is excelent to visit the city center by foot, also is 5 to 7 minutes walking to the pier where you can take a ferry boat to the Cies Islands or the the village of Cangas. Cies Islands is a fantastic nature spot, cangas village is only 30 min away by ferry and there you find all sorts of beaches, including the beautifull "Praia de Barra" that is a nudist paradise. Museums, restaurants and bars will be all walking distance to you.

What a wonderful hotel and the reception by the owners is outstanding. Perfectly situated for accessing all the town offers. The breakfasts are fantastic and the hospitality is outstanding.

Great owners Jose & son Fernando got to know me in only 2 nights. Very gracious and accommodating. Rooms very chic, modern, classy, great balcony over the street, and very conveniently located! Served breakfast.
Don't stay on Friday nights... There are 200 VERY NOISY ROWDY young people literally 15 feet below your balcony from 9pm until 1:30am. Jose says it's illegal but it's a tradition.
