This was a very annoying and not secure check in process. It took half an hour just to get in to the building. We had to call a number that had us on hold for half an hour after we were hung up on twice. It took over an hour to check in which was done over a zoom call in the hotel lobby where they asked for every guests data while surrounded by all the other people trying to check in. The guy who did the check in was nice but the whole process was such a pain and not worth the headache

Fantastic city location. Clean, spacious room. Comfortable beds. Annoying censor timing light in bathroom going off when bathroom in use. Very small shower towels. Could do with a little maintenance

Nice hotel in the town center. Staff was helpful, rooms clean and big and a communal coffee machine. No ac but fine. Bit loud at night a consequence of good location.

It’s in the heart of Vigo and has a great view of the main square, the apartment and bathroom are quite big and super comfy, we liked everything about it and recommend it for everyone on the camino

Staff were super kind and helpful, especially with recommendations for veggie food and for the rest of our camino! Ended up recommending our favourite meal in santiago. Perfect location and lovely, clean rooms

Perfect location.
We came in a rainy day and the room was warm.. heating on.
Some hotels when you open the door is still cold and you need to warm up..
Free wifi and many activities around.
Walk in showers, nice views, big rooms, well decorated and cheap prices. Excellent.

Terrible check in process
The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were doing. After the check in process, they didn’t give us directions to where we’re actually staying so we looked in the wrong building before finally asking a kind stranger to help us. It was a frustrating end to a long day of walking the Camino. Otherwise it was a good location and the beds were comfortable.

Couldn't have been better. Clean room with a great view over the plaza and the 'O Sereo' statue. The hotel is really central and there are lots of bakeries, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. I was on the second floor and had windows open, noise wasn't an issue. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Small lounge area with Nespresso coffee and cold water available 24/7. Checkout was at a reasonable midday. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

One of my favourite "small hotel" stays. The interior design in the hotel, especially in my room, was delightful. Great value for money, and the receptionist was helpful too.

The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Fernando and his father are excellent hosts. Breakfast was wonderful. Great location, lots of good restaurants close by. There is a cafe or bar next door and there was a bit of noise late due to a big soccer game on TV. But it was not excessive and I don't think it lasted very long. I went right back to sleep, it was not enough to keep me awake. The hotel is located in the city center, some things like this should be expected. All in all, a great place to stay. Definitely recommend!

Familar runned Hotel, father and son and his staff do all the best to help theis guests, excelent brakfast, Rooms very clean and confortable, excelent shower. Definetelly the best 2 or 3 star hotel I ever met!! The location of this hotel is excelent to visit the city center by foot, also is 5 to 7 minutes walking to the pier where you can take a ferry boat to the Cies Islands or the the village of Cangas. Cies Islands is a fantastic nature spot, cangas village is only 30 min away by ferry and there you find all sorts of beaches, including the beautifull "Praia de Barra" that is a nudist paradise. Museums, restaurants and bars will be all walking distance to you.

What a wonderful hotel and the reception by the owners is outstanding. Perfectly situated for accessing all the town offers. The breakfasts are fantastic and the hospitality is outstanding.

Great owners Jose & son Fernando got to know me in only 2 nights. Very gracious and accommodating. Rooms very chic, modern, classy, great balcony over the street, and very conveniently located! Served breakfast.

Don't stay on Friday nights... There are 200 VERY NOISY ROWDY young people literally 15 feet below your balcony from 9pm until 1:30am. Jose says it's illegal but it's a tradition.
