Old premises, which isn't necessarily a bad thing! What's seriously awful, though, is that the walls are extremely thin, so you can hear every sound! I heard snoring for two nights, and despite banging on them, I couldn't get any peace.

It's a shame, because the staff is actually very friendly and accommodating.

Another point worth mentioning is the extremely strong cleaning product (Domestos?) and for the floors... something floral. Because of this, I didn't have my room cleaned or tidied during my four-day stay!

The stay was overall very good. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the reception staff were helpful and courteous.

However, the shower bracket was broken, which caused the shower head to shift angles unpredictably due to water pressure. As a result, water sprayed outside the shower area and left the bathroom floor soaked.

Aside from this issue, the experience was positive.

Good location, in a quiet area despite being close to the center of Vigo, in short it positively exceeded my expectations.

I don't recommend it to anyone unless there is nothing else. I went with my girlfriend and asked for a double bed, but they ignored it, even though there were beds available.

There was a water leak in the shower, which filled the bathroom floor with water every time we used it.

The walls were all scratched, electrical cables were visible.

When talking to the receptionist called “Emilio”, about all these problems and after checking them himself, he still had the nerve to ask me: - what do you want me to do with you?

a person not at all concerned about the image of “AldaHotels”, which completely tarnishes the hotel’s image.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the comfort, it's not like the photos, the room had no ventilation, the fan barely worked, it was very small, the shower barely dripped water and the window faces a moat 🤦🏾♀️

Good hotel. Confortable room and bathroom. But there is no frigobar and the elevator is too small. But it is good

The food is tasteless the service no good and from a company of three we all share the same opinion. Referance to service they are rood with no manners the presentation of the plate's good. They need training, to upgrade the dressing as well to improve in cleanliness and how to handle plates for serving food. I don't really understand the 5 star reviews.
