Excellent location, breakfast, free park and friendly people

Our room was supposed to be ready by 2pm. We were sat around, waiting until 3:30 just to go upstairs and the cleaners and still halfway done cleaning our room. The floors were wet when we got into the room. Our room was so dusty, especially under the beds. They do not provide any water for guests unless you pay, no coffee or tea machine in the room, no minibar, no balcony. The kitchen staff wouldn’t let us take waters from the breakfast we PAID FOR, into our rooms. Also the noise of the construction outside all day makes it impossible to relax or take a nap. Overall, bad experience. I’m not sure why this hotel has 4 stars, it’s definitely a 3 star hotel, if not 2.

Everything is as expected, except for one small improvement: the outdoor parking lot should be reserved for hotel guests only, because everyone outside the hotel parks their vehicles there, leaving guests without parking. The indoor parking lot has few spaces and no reservations. This is a negative.

It was a family trip with a long journey.
We couldn't find a good hotel with an affordable price. But it is quite distanced from the city center though, the hotel was quite nice. The room was spacious (it was a bonus) and the bed was clean and soft. The room service was perfect, nothing to complain.

Hotel does not provide water bottles and electric kettle, tea bags etc. in rooms. Staff is very rude. No facilities atall

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, you have to take a taxi to go to the city center and the beach. The service is good but the design of the bathroom is a bit inconvenient~

Spacious room, but (being subjective) with wooden floor instead of carpet.

Service: The service is warm and the lady at the front desk is very nice and patient in listening to your needs.
Environment: Chinese 90s style decoration, more elevators which is more convenient
Facilities: There is a bathtub and so on, but it is useless. The room is still relatively large.
