Very nice stay, rooms are clean, I like the USB charging plugs avail in the night table. Modernized. EL21 breakfast buffet is great, love the churros from next door! Hotel staff is helpful. Location is a catch 22, central with lots of restaurants nearby but really high up and steep, hard to find, and difficult climb for Camino pilgrims. FYI, there are escalators on Grand Villa.

We stayed here on our Camino walk. It is several blocks from the path but not too far. The receptionist was very friendly. The room was quiet and clean. Overall, a very nice experience.

Convenient location exactly in the middle between Urzaiz station and city center. Many cafés and restaurants around.

Comfortable rooms, lovely big shower and a good, varied breakfast. Location is not that great as it is just outside of the main area of town and there are not a lot of eateries.

My recent experience with this hotel was a nightmare.
We booked a "studio room at what was presented as a 3-star hotel. However, upon arrival, we were directed to an entirely separate building, not part of the main hotel, to what they called a "studio" This was a small, room/apartment that looked nothing like the pictures online. It was old, without a sofa, ugly, incredibly dark, and frankly, there was a feeling that it is quite dirty.
The worst part was the awful smell. The bathroom reeked terribly, and the common areas were smelly as well.
When we tried to address this shocking discrepancy and requested to change rooms, the front desk lady was completely unhelpful. She offered no alternatives, showed zero empathy, and didn't even bother to apologize for the situation. We were left with no choice but to immediately search for another hotel in Vigo and incurred a cancellation fee for this dreadful place. We did not stay there but paid for the first night.
This entire experience was a complete waste of money, time and it was incredibly stressful. Hotels in Vigo are far superior and offer genuine value. Do yourself a massive favor and do NOT book here.

A few minutes walk from Central Bus Station / Train Station. Department store and restaurant nearby. 15 minutes walk to main high street; 20 minutes walk to ferry pier.
Breakfast buffet - normal continental style with some varieties, but no sausage / cooked tomatoes
The room is clean, with air conditioning. Yet only HEATING is on, the cooling option is disabled centrally. This means the room is very warm at night

We were in a small triple with no view. The beds were comfortable. Continental Breakfast has a decent selection of cold and hot food. Coffee could be better.
