It was our second time at the hotel .however we got robbed on the first morning , by someone who was in the hotel sat by the pool .The first day was spent at the police station ..the manager was kind enough to upgrade us to half board ..but the food especially at dinner wasn't good at all .pool nice but thats more because of the sea view

Booked the hotel for a night, not much I could do due to time constraints: Very nice location, a lot around, very good price to value deal, 10 min from airport and super easy to get taxi. One of the best hotels that I stayed and I have stayed in many. Provides high quality in everything like smooth towels, very clean room and amazing body care products. Walkable to both Palma and the airport (or can get a bus), the rooftop area is lovely, the breakfast is great and the bottom pool is nice in the late afternoon when the sun's shining on it. Everything was great, including breakfast... but the rooms are very noisy. I don't mean airplane noise, but you can hear people walking and talking in the hallways right outside the rooms. We stayed here in the middle of January, only needing a bed for the night as we flew early next morning. Very basic room but clean and sufficiently comfortable. Although, there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke from neighbouring guests. Voices carry, too, so bring earplugs if you want a good sleep! We paid around €44 for one night and got what we paid for.

Rooms are decent but the downside are te pillows and duvet alongside the heater thermostat despite putting it on high level during February season doesn’t really do what we put it on. Tv is restricted can’t connect phone etc but overall decent beautiful hotel.
