We really enjoyed our time at Rio Bravo! The staff were friendly and kind, and even taught us a bit of Spanish. The buffet offers a good selection of food, and we didn’t mind the 3 drink per person cap (it’s designed to stop people misbehaving), and the staff were lenient. We look forward to returning one day.

Well functioning hotel Staff is professional and friendly. Hotel is very clean, the interior materials make it almost too hygienic. The double rooms were nice and spacious.

8.8 out of 10. Food better than Royal Carribean. Great choices with local fare. Close to beach and the party.

If you are young German which like to party and drinking all day and night this area is for you, other wise stay away!

The resort is excellent! One thing i noticed. There is no music playing and the one they have is for a funeral home. They need an activity person to make people have a good time other than eat and tan. The show at 9 pm is not good. Singers cant engage with customers because they are bad. Thats the only thing i see.

Because of the heavy rain, the ceiling of bathroom leaked in the midnight. Check-in progress was smooth and welcoming.

Everything was perfect, the food was great. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit noisy due to thin walls, and you could hear everything from the hallways in the rooms. The staff were super nice and attentive.

Very convenient location with a nice pool, outdoor bar, and well-equipped spa. Rooms are minimal, as one would expect, shower and bathroom are well-appointed. Staff were lovely. When we got to the room the sink was leaking, staff fixed it within 20 mins. Also ordered a taxi for us early in the morning. The room wasn't spotless but ok. Very afforable at the time of our booking.

Great staff We had an amazing time at the Pabisa Sofia. The staff were amazing and very nice. I would however have wished that I had known that the hotel were more for young people than families and that the area was a party area. But I could have done more research. The room was a single room but still very small for one person so you could hardly move, but it was clean and in a great location

The "adults only" experience was quite nice during the day when there was a DJ playing at the swimming pool and no kids running around, but it's gets worse by night. Young people coming back front the parties on the middle of the night and waking you up isn't something desirable. The breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of savory and sweet choices. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming.

We stayed mid-week only in August and found that the start of the week is more relaxed and quiet. There was some fun party events towards the end of the week and a saxophone player (who was great!) on the Thursday/Friday which brought a great vibe to the place. I went with a group of girls all aged around 24. It was in a perfect location, rooms were clean, food was 10/10. The area is very German but that didn’t bother us. The staff were lovely. It was also a great concept having money on your wristband.

One of the best hotels that I stayed and I have stayed in many. Provides high quality in everything like smooth towels, very clean room and amazing body care products. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star, a 3 star hotel is more accurate. An example of why this is is there is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, you have to rent them and the staff told me that they only have 6 for the whole hotel. There is no room service and only a vending machine if you want snacks etc. Breakfast is nice and varied options.

I came across this hotel as it has a rooftop bar. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were super nice. My favourite was antonella. She was amazing and i will come back because of her great customer service.

Good Stay in general. Staff at the reception could be stroppy some times. It is quite some walk from the beach. The pool is ok in size with sunbed available but could be full at peak times. Had a really lovely stay here. Breakfast was amazing, the hot chocolate in particular was delicious even though it was from a machine! Just a few issues with miscellaneous hairs in the room that didn’t come from us. But overall had a good time. May even return!

Probably one of the first hotels on the beach is more than 50 years old - renovated and decent buffet food, terrible bed and quality rooms - book the ones facing the seaside. We had an amaizing experience. All the services were the best. The food was very good, the cleaning services were the best (the towels were changed daily, the room was cleaned daily). We came late in the evening and we found the dinner in the room. We made the check out at almost 11 AM, but we left at 7 PM. We had the possibility to make a shower before leaving. Perfect location. By arrival our room was overbooked. And we needed to pay extra for another room. But hotel is super. Nice room and great food and friendly service. We will come back. Best 4 star hotel i ever visit! 🙂❤️
