Sunprime Waterfront in Can Pastilla

Just stayed at this fantastic hotel , let me start with reception..absolutely top service 👏 , we arrived and was given a refreshing drink , thank you, was well appreciated 👍. Our room was facing the beach ⛱ room was fantastic, spotlessly clean , cleaned daily . All the bar staff were very friendly and very helpful 🙂. More than enough sunbeds available so no need to get up early to reserve one 😀. I only have positive things to say about this hotel and don't want to say anything negative..but ...the food ..could be more of a choice and be warmer ..sry ..thats all I could think of that I wasn't happy with, maybe its me being fussy. I just want to say that the check in for the trip home at the hotel is fantastic 👏, no wasting time at the airport straight to security in 5 mins . Excellent service sunprime . We will be staying again ( if you can warm the food 😁) . A big thank you to all your staff for a great week , especially Jessica on reception, went out of her way to help , only thing she couldn't find was a place to buy English newspapers, but I found one , in palma 🙂. We visited this hotel in July 23. we booked the best room 506, with rooftop acsess and pool. This was really worth the extra money. The view was amazing, and the pool had cooling so we could cool down from the hot weather. That was mice. We had all inclusive and it was always some special nice food at the buffet so we didn’t consider to take one evening at a restaurant outside the hotel. And the buffet varied a lot with different nationality themes everynight.. I would recommend room at rooftop, the pool down is quite small and a little crowded. Nice cleaning at the room and in general the hotel. To lift this experience it should have been a little bar at the rooftop, some more possibilities for different drinks in the all inclusive. We have read about alot of noice from planes before we went there, so it wasn’t a big problem for us. But we took the time on the intervall of planes and all day to the evening its a airplane every 1 min and 15 sec. Its good to know what to expect. But not a big problem for us. Plecent staff.

This is a hotel you can come back to many times, and a lot of people do that. This is understandable. We been there twice now (We usually never go to same place more than once). The hotel isn't fancy, old rather boring building at distance, quite small standard rooms, but after a while you start loving it. You realize it has all you need in a nice and relaxed way: Room is comfortable still. Staff is so friendly (not often you see visitors hugging the staff when leaving). You have a nice pool area, great restaurant, ocean on flip-flop distance and really good training options, either on your own in the gym or on the very long beach walk (both directions), or in trainer led classes. Lots of dinner options nearby if you don't want to eat at the hotel, and just a bus or bike ride to Palma for more options.

Loved this hotel. Great staff, breakfast, view (se my photos) and new stylish type of style. I can really recommend this hotel for a nice and relaxing week.

Been to a few all inclusive resorts now and this is probably the best in sense of food and location. Has two beaches with one-two steps outside the door and a 6km long one 5 min away 🏖
Cab in to Palma is easy enough with help of the reception, remember just on Friday's and Saturday's the queue for cabs can be long. We'll, all in all a great place but do all inclusive, without it wouldn't really be the same thing.

My husband and I went there for our honey moon in August and it was a really pleasant experience, the staff it's super friendly, rooms were clean and the entire hotel looked incredible. The food was really good, good beverage options at the bar...Monica and Walter were the best, good workers and made us feel like home. Other plus is the location, 100% recommend. We are definitely coming back soon!

Was here with family a couple years ago and everything was top class! Breakfast was incredible. Staff was ever so friendly, the location was ideal and the pool was super nice. Can't think of a single bad thing to say. I plan on coming back here 100%. Fingers crossed they have availability :D

Great service and location. As I understand it's an older (50 something plus years) hotel building. Good and friendly staff, and perfect location 20 seconds from a very nice beach.
Facilities in terms of stuff to do could be better, but overall good hotel
