It's a bit hard to find, but everything else was excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent - close to the waterfront and right in the city center. The rooms were very nice and high quality, and it was quiet with no street noise at all. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, and they listened to our request for a larger bed, which we really appreciated. There’s also a beautiful rooftop bar and a very good breakfast, where they even serve prosecco - a lovely touch for tourists.

I arrived at the hotel at midnight and was assigned a room for a person with disabilities. The window faced the wall of a building, offering absolutely no view. The showerhead was poorly designed, causing cold water to splash all over the floor. A very poor experience.

Just returned from a fantastic 4 day trip to Alicante staying at the Eurostars.
I’ve stayed in most of the hotels in Alicante and I can safely say this was a great experience- the team on the front desk couldn’t do enough for us, I was so delighted when they delivered up a special gift for my birthday to our suite.
The hotel is open only 4 years and the group has done an amazing job with the level of con for and finishes in the hotel - all to a very high standard.

Hotel is situated perfectly in the city center, close to the beach, bars, restaurants. Rooms are good size and extremely clean. Reception staff especially Edu, Malika, and tall gentleman I couldn’t remember the name (sorry) was wonderful. Guided us through the city and very helpful when you have questions. Roof top bar is great plus, good choices and service is great with very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend the hotel for people who are thinking to visit Alicante.

Room 111 was a spacious and bright corner room, but the soundproofing was extremely poor. Every movement from the neighboring room was clearly audible — when she left, I finally fell asleep; when she returned, I was woken up again.
Another major issue was the environment outside the windows. One side faced an Indian restaurant, the other a pharmacy. From early evening, flashing neon signs created constant light pollution, forcing me to keep all curtains closed. Even then, light still leaked in. Opening the windows for ventilation was not an option either, as street noise continued well past midnight.

The building is very compact, and the rooms are simply designed. The location is very central, making it easy to get around. Special mention must be made of the bellhops; they guided me to the parking lot and to my car – thank you so much! One of them was even learning Chinese on Duolingo, so cute! The hotel's rooftop bar offers a fantastic view of the square. When we arrived, there was a Three Kings' Day celebration performance in the square, so we didn't need to go to the square; the rooftop was very comfortable.

Excellent stay! The service was perfect, the staff very friendly, the room spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Impeccable service. I recommend this establishment without hesitation.

My stay in the hotel was booked via our business agency. Agency sent with booking all information from credit card and hotel should take a payment from the virtual credit card. Unfortunately this hotel did not accept this payment. It has happened to me first time. All hotel around the Europe accept this way of payment. The breakfast was good but the space in the restaurant was not satisfactory for all guests. Some guests had to wait to get free table. Rooms are ok, I had a room under the roof that was quite small. Big advantage of this hotel is good location.

Four stars due to very nice service and attending personnel. Extremely simple and good food. Wanted to eat the whole menu but had to settle. One minus - Devin the prawn and it would be almost perfect. Will come again but will not order shrimp.

Great service and food! The food was delicious and modern, with some exciting and creative twists on classic dishes. I need to come back to try the tasting menu, it looked wonderful! The food is not cheap, but very reasonably priced considering the quality.
If you are concerned with noise, like my family who is hard of hearing, ask for a table downstairs. The atmosphere was very cozy and nice, and even when the room was full, it wasn't noisy like a full service often can be.
