I really enjoyed staying at the AC in Alicante. Beautiful room, very quiet both great windows and very quiet heating/AC. So glad I spent the €15 on breakfast. It was amazing. Great service and high quality food. Delicious iberico ham. Wish I had more time to enjoy the hot tub by the fitness center. Pool looked amazing but was too cold for me this time of the year. Also the hotel is close walk to the bus terminal -‘s easy to get to by bus from the airport (bus C6).

I was really happy that the water was refilled daily. The breakfast was also delicious, and it was a great bonus that kids ate for free. This hotel really made me fall in love with Alicante.

The receptionist, room, facilities, and location were all great, but the housekeeping staff on night duty made us uncomfortable. Our room hadn’t been cleaned earlier, so she had to do it late at night, and she seemed upset, as if it were our fault.

The hotel is so far so good on the facilities and all the hardwares they offered except the services from front desk. During our stay, we asked the front desk to supply few more bottle waters because we have consumed all the bottle water in the first day. The front desk lady pointed us to the AC lounge and asked us to get it there. We didnt realise it costs extra until the restaurant staff told us, at the end the restaurant staff refused to cancel the costs of water because he has to explain the reason for cancellation to his manager. We didn’t satisfy the services from the front desk because she didn’t mention there is a quota on providing bottle water also I strongly believe that she tried to shift her responsibilities to other colleagues because she didn’t want to serve customers to be honest.

Poor location and average level of services (whilst the room rate has nearly doubled in the last 7 years) ; the only advantage is the rooftop pool but considering the rates these days for the level of service and amenities (you have to beg to get a few coffee sachets in the room, no water bottle etc.), I won't go back.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Great location in a quiet area of town. Pleasant walk into town centre which takes 5-10mins.

Never had breakfast at the hotel. Dinner in restaurant one evening. Food tasty. Nice bar area to sit and relax in.
Pool area well set out. It would be good if the chairs at the side of the pool reclined fully so you could lie flat. Only able to use the pool one day during our stay due to Storm Alice passing through.
Would definitely choose to stay here again. 😍

A hotel that delivers on all parts. Great breakfast, good facilities like pool, poolbar, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. The rooms were big, comfy bed and pillows, and a luxurious bathroom. The only negative that I can think of was that it was a 20-minute walk to the nearest beach and city center... but for me/us this was not a problem. It was nice to walk and look around.
