YOU & CO. Quart Boutique Mini-hotel in Valencia

Very bad experience.
We booked this room directly with the hotel. We asked for a quiet room, and they offered us a room facing a backyard, avoiding the noise of the street. We have been other times in rooms that face a courtyard, the views are usually not good but they tend to have less noise.
But this room (105, as well as 205 and 305) have only one window to a skylight of barely 1 m. X 1 m., which means that hardly any light enters and gives a very unpleasant feeling of confinement. It can be seen in the attached photo, which is taken at 10 am. With hardly any light, and a strong musty smell, we found it terrible to stay in that room for 4 days and insistently asked to change rooms, even if we had to pay a supplement, but the staff insisted that the hotel was full, and they said it was not possible. However, the day after our arrival we could see that several guests were leaving the hotel, but they still confirmed that they could not change out room.
To make matters worse, through the skylight hole facing the window there were two large ventilation pipes that made noise, so the room was not even quiet: we had to ask to turn them off at night, and they turned them back on very early in the morning, so we hardly colud rest.
On the other hand, the room lacks cleanliness and maintenance, as can be seen in the photos. The TV barely had two selected Spanish channels.
The staff is friendly, but they don't solve your problems.
I've never been to a worse place, and I don't recommend it.
