Above and beyond. Please note... there are two Meliás in Valencia so be aware! The room was spectacular with access to a special lounge floor. Bed was very comfortable and room was immaculate. Breakfast in the resturant was delicious and hosted to perfection. Definately recommend.

Highly recommend the Level junior suite, which feels more like a real suite than a junior one. Excellent views, two restrooms, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, very clean spaces, and access to the Level lounge make for an excellent experience. Level team members are also very professional, welcoming, and fun to talk with. Free parking on the street right in front of the hotel was an added bonus....

The hotel is very large, and the lobby is beautiful. It's also close to the highway, which makes getting around very convenient.

1. Location: The hotel is right off the highway exit, making it very convenient for self-driving. 2. The hotel lobby is quite grand and nice, but the rooms are just average. They lack ventilation and have a bit of a strong odor. 3. The hotel breakfast is decent, with a good variety of choices.

An absolutely excellent hotel! The lobby is super stylish, and the rooms are really nice too. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with both a bathtub and a shower, and the views are great. They often host wedding ceremonies here, and the decor is very tastefully done.

The hotel has a good location with convenient access to public transportation—metro, tram, and bus stops are all within easy walking distance. However, there were several disappointing aspects to my stay. The sauna and pool facilities didn't match the advertised photos. Additionally, the sauna requires advance booking to be turned on, and even then, there's often a waiting period before it's ready...

Honestly, for €60 euros a night, this does the job. If you’re travelling alone it’s really perfect. Bed is a bit wobbly, no safe and hairdryer and stuff like that, but it’s a 2 star hotel, I mean there are rating systems for a reason. Breakfast is completely fine and included in the price. Valencia has gotten a bit expensive now but at least this is here. Plenty of busses to the city centre or marina...

My experience was quite positive. The receptionists were very attentive and friendly, the breakfast was quite comprehensive, and the rooms were very spacious with furniture, a desk, television, wardrobes, and air conditioning. The hotel is located near a large shopping complex filled with various restaurants and stores. There is a metro station just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel, and for those who enjoy walking, the city center is about 25–30 minutes away on flat ground. Great location, close to the metro and bus. Rooms are quiet and good beds and airco. The swimming on the roof top is small but nice to have. Roof top bar is expensive, you pay 5,50 euro for a cappuccino, 5,00 euro for a tea, glass of wine or glass of beer.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It is in a nice area and walkable. Also great public transport links. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were polite and professional. They had Spanish and English speaking staff. This was very convenient. I didn't use the restaraunt as there were many great locations in the surrounding areas for food and drink. The rooms are rather tired but are spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. On our first night we couldn't get our room safe to work so reported it to reception, within 10 minutes the maintenance man was with us & replaced the whole safe with no questions asked. We have had a noisy extractor fan rattling in the bathroom the whole time but we couldn't be bothered to report it so it clearly...

Beautiful views from the room and everything was clean. The only problem i found was that the beer in the minibar had been drunk by a sneaky guest and filled with water, and had the lid put back on. The room is quite big, the transportation is OK, there is a bus downstairs. The service is OK. Because I wanted to change the bed type, I asked the front desk after one night and they gave me a new room. The location is a bit far from the city center, but very close to the Science City. There is also a small swimming pool.

This is my second stay at this well-established 5-star hotel. The lobby is grand and luxurious, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The decor is a bit dated, but still quite nice. The breakfast is plentiful and meets 5-star standards. Overall, it offers good value for money.

It's barely a 5-star hotel. The rooms need updating, and the TV wasn't even a smart TV. The rooftop cocktails were quite weak. The pool was very small, and when we went, there were no towels. No space, no shelves, no wardrobe, no shower enclosure, the entire bathroom floor stays wet.

Location is not good if you want to be near any attractions. The small room is modern decor and has all you need, and the hotel provides a ticket for a welcome drink at the bar.(small prosecco). Check in took 15 minutes, and we were only ones there. Be sure to ask for a room on the backside as it is on a major street and it is noisy.

It's a very old hotel. It's advertised as four-star, but only a kettle is provided; bottled water isn't. The decor is very dated, and the elevator is clunky and squeaky. Its only advantage is its decent location; the subway station is a short walk away, so you can buy a two-day subway pass and go anywhere.

I initially made a mistake with the dates of my reservation and simply asked the hotel to change them – a request other hotels have easily handled for me before. Instead, the hotel refused to help, blamed the booking agency. Because of this, I lost my money. Totally unacceptable customer service.

I had an excellent experience during my very long stay . The staff is excellent! I will be back in January. Best hotel in Valencia. I really liked that the hotel has a well equipped and thought-through gym. Jorge the Personal Trainer is one of the best PTs I have ever worked with. He tailors work-out to individual requirements. I am honestly shocked about what happened during my stay at this so-called four-star hotel. I was locked inside the bathroom for 30 minutes because the door was broken. This is not a small issue — it is a serious safety problem. I was stuck inside with no proper help, and the repair person didn’t even come quickly. It was stressful and unacceptable. Great stay at the Senator Parque Central, Room had plenty of space, bed and pillows very comfortable and very clean room. Location is quite good, just 15min from train station and town center. And Russafa are is quite well alive, lots of restaurant/bar options. Service was 10/10 whenever I needed anything, this was handled quickly.
