Went for breakfast, good variaty of food (cold and hot, sweet and salty). Good balance between quality/price.
Stayed here on a weekend trip to Valencia and it was very enjoyable; they were very accommodating to big group of us, had a beautiful rooftop bar and swimming pool with a fantastic view of the city, and the inclusive breakfast was actually good; shocking.
I was looking for a hotel to expend a night and go shopping and being near restaurants, it was great. The room clean and service very polite.
Just returned from a stay at this hotel. The location is great, and provides easy access to the city park, buses and center. The room was mostly clean, but the floor was a bit dirty. We had a room for three (two adults and child). It was a very basic room, so don't expect luxury. But, beds we're clean, and all we needed was a place to sleep. It is true that the hotel is quite dated. Huge problem for...
Good location, very accessible to everything. Rooms are getting what you're paid for, has everything you need for the stay over. English speaking staff is great, rooms get cleaned when necessary
The hotel has friendly helpful staff, the rooms are a little dated but for our needs it was more than sufficient, as there is so much to do and see in the city you are only there to sleep. Its clean and near to all transport links and shopping centre is on the door step. We would stay there again any time we have the chance to return to Valencia.

Perfect One-Night Stay – Friendly Staff & Great Comfort! We stayed at Hotel Kramer for one night during our family holiday in Valencia, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable—ideal for a short family stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. What really stood out was the amazing staff. Everyone we interacted...
Hotel Kramer in Valencia was a fantastic choice for our stay! ✨ The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the basic necessities we needed for a relaxing and stress-free visit. Everything was clean and well-kept, creating a calm and welcoming environment. A definite highlight was the buffet breakfast—fresh, varied, and truly delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day, with plenty of...
I stayed at Hotel Kramer with a friend, and the overall experience was positive. The room was clean, and the food served in the restaurant met—and in some cases exceeded—our expectations. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. On the downside, the HVAC system didn’t work particularly well, which made the room a bit uncomfortable at times. Additionally, during check-in, we were informed that...
Very well served @ The Kramer Hotel & Bar. Staff were polite and helpful, both before and during our stay in Valencia. Breakfast lacks variety, however, the quality of the cooked items makes up for this. Therefore, overall, this place deserves the full five stars.
Facilities: Good Sanitation: Clean and fresh Environment: Beautiful and comfortable Service: Thoughtful and considerate
Really good hotel with super nice staff. The location is great from transport perspective, a bit noisy during the day but suprisingly relatively quite during the night. Great value for the money.

Stayed for 3 nights. Nice hotel, 10 minutes by taxi from the sea. Nearby is the art museum and there are places to walk.
I am very satisfied with this hotel. The service is very good, the hygiene is very good. The location is very convenient, and the air conditioning is strong enough. I will stay here again next time.
Escaped a very dingy hotel north of Valencia and booked this hotel on a whim, what a contrast to arrive to such a cool, hip, clean hotel I sighed with relief as soon as I entered the building. Silvia the wonderful receptionist checked me in with warmth, professionalism but also the kind of modern familiarty people of my age group love. She made me feel like a VIP. The room was absolutely what I needed...
They have given one full bed room and it is smallest I have ever been in. There is no coffee maker and no water. During the night bathroom made flushing sounds and water flowing sounds. Far from the city and cabs will add up
A wonderful stay in Valencia thanks to Malcom and Barret. Rooms are very clean ,not to big but comfortable, breakfast amazing, the best part are the staff which are extremely friendly and helpful! I would like to give a big thank you to Florentina! She did an amazing job since the first day , very professional, friendly, always smiling , you should be proud fo her she is like a sunshine:)
The room was very small at first, but I changed it to a bigger room because I needed to work. The service was good. I could check out later if I communicated with the front desk.

They didn't have the air conditioning on, and despite our complaints, they wouldn't turn it on in our room or any of our friends' rooms. The heat was unbearable. Bad experience.
The price/performance ratio is not high. The hotel room is simple and the breakfast is average for nearly 1,000 yuan! The surrounding area is quiet, but there is a bad smell on the roadside
The hotel staff are very helpful and the location is great. You can walk to the subway station to the city in 5 minutes, and you can walk to the tram station to the beach in 10 minutes. The room is also very clean, but there are no facilities for environmental protection.
The hotel is simple, but you can rest very well. There are metro stops nearby to get to the center. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is very good.
Hotel is ok, the reason I am giving 3/5 is coz of the check-in. It took like 30min...you should not have such a bottle neck on the frontdesk... It is a mess. Other than that is ok. It has a small pool for probably too many people and location is cool. Far from downtown but MTR is right beside so it takes like 20min to go to the city center.
Great hotel with a very good breakfast where even churros and detox drink are served. Comfy beds and friendly staff. Very close to a metro station.

We stayed for a couple of nights. Comfortable room. Helpful reception staff. No restaurant or bar, only breakfast room so difficult to comment on service. Plenty of places nearby for food and drinks.
Amazing location, comfy and quiet. Perfect area close to most iconic areas to visit. Very close to the Arena if you go to see a basketball match 😍
Stayed for 3 nights for a quick and cheap vacation. Excellent location in Valencia, right next to the Ciudad de las artes y ciencias, shopping mall about 200m away and several bus lines to Albufera and downtown Valencia. The hotel itself was a bit confusing because I walking into the neighbouring hotel first by accident which is also an NH hotel, but the NH Las ciencias lobby is in the basement which...
Hotel is a bit antique, could use a renovation. We had a triple room, it was comfy but a bit tight. For one night is ok though. Location is excelent due to closeness to big landmarks, staff was nice. We used the parking, price is transparent, parking is small but plenty of spaces. Breakfast is excellent for the value / money.
This is a well located hotel, just around the corner from the City of Arts and Sciences. Note that there are actually two NH hotels immediately next door to each other, in the same building! Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was not great however - it was small, the walls were dirty (particularly near the air conditioning vent) and the bedding was stained. The air conditioning did not work...
Medium category hotel, which is just perfect for those who like to spend some time at the City of Sciences of Valencia. 5 minutes walk, and you are there. There are a few restaurants nearby, good and inexpensive. I recommend the Sowu, which has an excellent Japanese menu... and just in front, there is a bar of tapas... For those who like to visit the old city of Valencia, you can the bus 35 across...

It was a great idea to stay at this hotel, very comfortable, quiet, close to everything by car... They also had a promotion and gave us 2 free breakfasts. It has many details that make the stay much better than you expect.
The hotel has a good location - it is close to Oceanografic Valencia, and there is a bus stop for buses to the more central part of the city. The room is large enough for two people to stay. The bed is sprung, but was actually quite comfortable - however, there is noise when moving around. But the bathroom is depreciated, and more attention should be paid to hygiene there. When draining the water...
It Is a bit far from the city Center, but super clóset to the oceanographic and the arts and Science City. The front desk team Is a dream. They're always happy to guide you. The breakfast buffet Is amazing and the beerooms are Cozy.
It's completely comfortable and nice staff next time will be come again
Great location, convenient distance from train station and easy bus ride to Oceanografic and Malvarrosa beach. Good facilities, great and complete breakfast and comfortable rooms. Staff is very kind and helpful too!

I think I got upgraded to a bigger room? It was huge. Central location looking out onto a pedestrian street. Staff on site. No complaints!
A very very clean hotel and the location is also nice, there are a lot lot cafees where you can sit and you can walk from the hotel to a lot of touristic attractions
This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. My traveling companion found it. It was a very inexpensive place to stay and a pleasant room to stay in. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The morning buffet was very delicious and a wide variety of items to eat. It was very close to the grand plaza of the churches and cathedrals.
Great location! Stayed here for 4 nights. The room was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We did not use the breakfast buffet, so cannot comment. Would definitely stay here again. The only complaint is the internet was slow and intermittent in our room on the 3rd floor. Our friends on the 2nd floor said there internet was fine, so it might be just our room.
I had a lovely Stay with my Girlfriend! The room was spacious and the balcony was very nice being partially enclosed allowed us to enjoy it in any weather. The amenities were lovely, and the breakfast was just what we needed to start our day. The little kitchenette was also very nice and allowed us to the option to dine in if we so chose. A small and basic hotel in the heart of the city. The room was clean and comfortable with a good shower (however the smell of bleach in the room on arrival was overwhelming). The location was great and for the price we have no complaints. Would stay here again.

A wonderful stay! Great location, friendly and attentive staff, immaculately clean and comfortable bed. I appreciated having the water refill station, so I didn’t have to buy bottled water. Also appreciated the storage locker to leave my bag after checkout.
My favorite hotel in Valencia. EXCELLENT location. 3 minutes from train station at Valencia Nord. 3 minutes to Plaça l'Ajuntament. Loads of restaurants and bars nearby. Easy walk all over the Cuitat Vella area. Hotel and room are very clean, though not luxurious. Small balcony with table and N'esspresso machine, safe, refrigerator, TV in room. Top location, attentive and kind service, and really clean rooms. It is quiet inside, and next time i would book room with balcony with view on busy street!
We stayed for 6 nights at the end of September/start of October in a “Deluxe with terrace” room on the 7th floor. The hotel far exceeded our expectations. A hotel with nice rooms, good location , indoor heated pool, near bus station number 4 and 92 ,witch take You to the City Center and to the Beach in quick and easy way. The rooms are clean but worn down. Very worn down. Staff is nice but as often is the case in Spain (have found this disproportionately more in Spain than any other country in the world) if there is a problem (in our case a window (ground floor) that wouldn't lock) they say they'll send someone to look at it but then nothing happens. To their credit it actually did get fixed but it took 36h.
Nice and historic, but my room was VERY small and the bathroom had no place for my things, just soap and toothbrush...thats hard.

My stay at the hotel was extremely pleasant. One of the best advantages is hotel's location - just a few minutes walk from old city center and turist attractions, close to the metro and train stations, with many nice cafe around. I stayed in the Hotel Mediterraneo for nine days in early March 2025. The hotel is small, extremely clean and pleasingly modern. The room is high, so it doesn't feel oppressive; it's suitable for people who don't require sound insulation, and the neighbors won't talk for hours in the room; The bathing space is slightly small but it doesn't affect the use; The room has a refrigerator, and the sun can shine through the window to dry the quilt, which is quite comfortable The self-service vending machine on the first floor is very...
Walls paper thin. Glad I had NO CHILDREN with me 3 o'clock in the mourning starts loud orgy from next room. No phone in the room and no one at desk to complain too. Did not sleep all night for my day of travel. No coffee or tea in the room or kettle. Would classify it a one star.
Great overall. Clean, good service, top location! Highly recommend!
Nice stay. Everything is pretty good. Cool old restored building, nice modern interior design. It might be quite easy to hear your neighbours though. They have a bike rental, but I'd recommend to Valenbisi service instead, as it's cheaper and more convenient in my opinion (you can download an app and use bike-sharing on the streets).
Very easy to get to and from the airport due to close proximity to the metro. I really liked this hotel and the staff were very friendly. The ONLY thing I would say, as a word of caution, is that my room was very noisy. I think the windows must be single glazed as I could hear the traffic from the road very loudly. I don’t think this can be helped as the building is very historic. Overall a great stay

Excellent location. Incredibly clean and modern and lovely, friendly staff. The apartments have everything from a pizza cutter to a kettle and toaster. Complimentary coffee too. Parking available and English spoken. Get a back room away from the road if you’re a light sleeper, as it has a lot of traffic. Highly recommended.
The apartment was absolutely perfect! Ultra clean, with all equipment and full service from reception for wathever question or need (the whole day till very late in the evening). Also ideally placed close to old Town, river-park, and on the way to the beach
We had another apt booked in Valencia that fell apart due to an abusive owner. Found these folks and booked for 3 nights. Incredibly warm and welcoming staff, too notch facility and apartment.Totally recommend and would return in a heartbeat. Clean, modern and most importantly staff that genuinely cared to have you as a guest.
We drove into València and couldn’t find the hotel. Rang reception who very kindly and with tremendous patience talked us through directions (for reference it’s just past the roundabout, on the right hand side, just past the bus stop it’s a black glass building with yellow trim). Good hotel location. Easy access from the airport to Alameda (lines 3 and 5) and then 25 minutes walk through the park. Couple of bus stops also nearby (Gulliver Park is the closest). Hotel entry with the code so ensure you get that prior to your arrival (we tried ringing the buzzer then emailed and WhatsApped and only then we got the code). Great communal area with coffees, teas, biscuits, bottles...
The room was so clean. There is a kitchen where you can have a coffee, cookies and some other things. You can see the pool from the window but it is not inside the hotel. The hotel is on the first floor (no elevator, but disabled people can use the chair).

Close to the Mediterranean. 5 minutes. Had all the mod cons, but definitely needs updating and work on the inside. Plenty of space in the rooms, but the bathroom was small. The shower was even smaller. You may need earplugs or muffs as the tram rattles by along the street.
We spent 4 nights in May in Apartment 3 (1st floor) + The apartment is big + Public transport just outside + Beach is close + Wifi was ok + Parking in front + Easy access + Good communication ~ location: it is a little sketchy, if you want charming Cabanyal, this is not it. The rooms were fine and had everything you need. You have to mop the bathroom floor after every shower, because the drain is too small to cope with the power of the shower, but otherwise it was very nice. Good value for money.
