This was my first stay at this Novotel and I must say that I had an excellent experience. The staff was super friendly, thank you Elisa for all your booking help, and the rest of the team working at reception (Monica, and everyone else). Also, the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were super comfortable. I will come back again very soon.

The hotel is located near a large shopping complex filled with various restaurants and stores. There is a metro station just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel, and for those who enjoy walking, the city center is about 25–30 minutes away on flat ground. Great location, close to the metro and bus. Rooms are quiet and good beds and airco. The swimming on the roof top is small but nice to have. Roof top bar is expensive, you pay 5,50 euro for a cappuccino, 5,00 euro for a tea, glass of wine or glass of beer.

No space, no shelves, no wardrobe, no shower enclosure, the entire bathroom floor stays wet.

Location is not good if you want to be near any attractions. The small room is modern decor and has all you need, and the hotel provides a ticket for a welcome drink at the bar.(small prosecco). Check in took 15 minutes, and we were only ones there. Be sure to ask for a room on the backside as it is on a major street and it is noisy.

My friend and I had to leave early in the morning for the airport and not only did they book us a cab but they offered to make us a big packed breakfast for the go since we paid for the buffet breakfast. Id recommend this place for people doing business trips, for vacationers it's not great. The pool is small and only opens at 11.30 (and doesn't get sunny till 12.30). This hotel is great. The rooms are large and clean, and it's very close to the City of Arts and Sciences. Shopping is convenient too, with a supermarket downstairs. Overall, the hotel experience during this trip was quite good. It was booked specifically to visit the Valencia Science City, which is very close by. The hotel rooftop offers a panoramic view of the entire Science City and the Mediterranean coastline. The four-story shopping mall downstairs has a wide variety of restaurants, and we had a delicious and satisfying meal.

Clean rooms and delicious breakfast, but it was the first room where I had to wait for water to cool down instead of waiting for it to heat up. I also missed a fridge or kettle. But I liked the beds and the pillows were perfect. The skybar is great to visit as well and have a nice drink with a great view.

Very close to the iconic science and art center of Valencia, and easy transport to everywhere in town

Excellent location, right in the City of Arts. The front desk service is great, and the receptionist speaks Spanish, so communication is no problem. I recommend staying there when the price is low!

We were treated as family. Very welcoming staff, they gave us a map with directions for tour beat routes. Our kid was sick and they took good care of him, even during sleep hours, staff was available to provide us with water, towels, ice, etc. And this place is also a great spot for your visit in Valencia. Prices are really good for the amount of service and convenience that you get.

The hotel was nice, not much to complain. The room was okay, they cleaned the room and changed the towels. It was just lacking and felt very basic. No coffee and tea in the room, shower head was broken and the bed was hard. Everything is great, it's far from the center, the metro runs infrequently, of course. But for the money, everything is fine. The staff is superb. The room is spacious and the bed is huge.

The only complaint is the beds! We asked for a double bed and found two very small single beds! They say there were no double beds available!

Superb - uber modern interior, I like the aesthetic. Friendly staff! The common area / eating space is quite useful, along with the terrace of course! Beds are really comfortable and rooms + bathrooms are quite spacious in general, the balcony rooms are even nicer! Only thing was some rooms will have more noise coming from the main road so keep that in mind if you don’t like noise.

Beautiful rooms, really hot though & no way of changing the aircon to cool setting as centrally controlled. Staff were good on arrival, although we got stuck up on the roof for over 10 minutes as their doors were programmed wrong. We ate there about four times, the food was lovely and fresh. The fish and the meat were excellent. Neli took care of us the first night, very sweet was she, just great. Later in the week Cristina and Ibrahim took care of us and they also did a good job.

Excellent food and service. Had a beautiful meal with friends and one of the best parts was the service by Cristina. I have had a lot of great meals in Spain but the service is typically below average. With Cristina I felt like I was home immediately. She was the best! Super happy and attentive.
