This was my first stay at this Novotel and I must say that I had an excellent experience. The staff was super friendly, thank you Elisa for all your booking help, and the rest of the team working at reception (Monica, and everyone else). Also, the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were super comfortable. I will come back again very soon.

The hotel is located near a large shopping complex filled with various restaurants and stores. There is a metro station just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel, and for those who enjoy walking, the city center is about 25–30 minutes away on flat ground. The hotel itself has 12 floors, with a pleasant rooftop pool overlooking the city, as well as a nice bar that appears to be open to non guests as well...

Great location, close to the metro and bus. Rooms are quiet and good beds and airco. The swimming on the roof top is small but nice to have. Roof top bar is expensive, you pay 5,50 euro for a cappuccino, 5,00 euro for a tea, glass of wine or glass of beer.

No space, no shelves, no wardrobe, no shower enclosure, the entire bathroom floor stays wet.

Location is not good if you want to be near any attractions. The small room is modern decor and has all you need, and the hotel provides a ticket for a welcome drink at the bar.(small prosecco). Check in took 15 minutes, and we were only ones there. Be sure to ask for a room on the backside as it is on a major street and it is noisy.

The staff were super great! My friend and I had to leave early in the morning for the airport and not only did they book us a cab but they offered to make us a big packed breakfast for the go since we paid for the buffet breakfast. It was super nice to not have to worry about finding something to eat before going through airport security.

Found this to be a clean and pleasant hotel with very polite and professional staff. Really good buffet breakfast with lots of options (including things like lactose-free milk). Id recommend this place for people doing business trips, for vacationers it's not great. The pool is small and only opens at 11.30 (and doesn't get sunny till 12.30). This hotel is great. The rooms are large and clean, and it's very close to the City of Arts and Sciences. Shopping is convenient too, with a supermarket downstairs. Overall, the hotel experience during this trip was quite good. It was booked specifically to visit the Valencia Science City, which is very close by. The hotel rooftop offers a panoramic view of the entire Science City and the Mediterranean coastline. The four-story shopping mall downstairs has a wide variety of restaurants, and we had a delicious and satisfying meal.

Clean rooms and delicious breakfast, but it was the first room where I had to wait for water to cool down instead of waiting for it to heat up. I also missed a fridge or kettle. But I liked the beds and the pillows were perfect. The skybar is great to visit as well and have a nice drink with a great view.

The hotel was nice, not much to complain. The room was okay, they cleaned the room and changed the towels. It was just lacking and felt very basic. No coffee and tea in the room, shower head was broken and the bed was hard. It just felt outdated especially downstairs( and the elevator was weird, only 2 people allowed)and you could hear other guests in the hall very easily and especially for the price...

Everything is great, it's far from the center, the metro runs infrequently, of course. But for the money, everything is fine. The staff is superb. The room is spacious and the bed is huge.

It is a standard 3 star hotel. Rooms are clean. If visiting Feria Valencia it is a great location, since it is 5minute walk.

The only complaint is the beds! We asked for a double bed and found two very small single beds! They say there were no double beds available!

easy to move around with bus stop just a few step away. The BF is also very good. Unfortunately, there is an incident on our first night when someone just walk into our room, and the reason is some system failure. Good is the hotel provide us complement BF for this unpleasant incident to cool down our anger.....

Very close to everywhere. I have booked this in walking distance to Football Stadium watch the match of Levante vs FCB. Rooms very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great. We had a great stay, the rooms are simple but clean nevertheless. The location is amazing, next to the metro/bus stops and within walking distance of a bike sharing point. I recommend this place if you want to get the most value out of your money.

Hotel Olympia Universidades was excellent. It is in a less touristy area of Valencia, which is fantastic for a good night's sleep. However, there is a transport stop in front of the hotel which is perfect for travelling to places, whether it's the markets, the City of Arts and Sciences, or Valencia Cathedral. We were treated as family. Very welcoming staff, they gave us a map with directions for tour beat routes. Our kid was sick and they took good care of him, even during sleep hours, staff was available to provide us with water, towels, ice, etc. And this place is also a great spot for your visit in Valencia. Nice stay. Everything is pretty good. Cool old restored building, nice modern interior design. It might be quite easy to hear your neighbours though. They have a bike rental, but I'd recommend to Valenbisi service instead, as it's cheaper and more convenient in my opinion (you can download an app and use bike-sharing on the streets).

Very easy to get to and from the airport due to close proximity to the metro. I really liked this hotel and the staff were very friendly. The ONLY thing I would say, as a word of caution, is that my room was very noisy. I think the windows must be single glazed as I could hear the traffic from the road very loudly. Superb - uber modern interior, I like the aesthetic. Friendly staff! The common area / eating space is quite useful, along with the terrace of course! Beds are really comfortable and rooms + bathrooms are quite spacious in general, the balcony rooms are even nicer! Only thing was some rooms will have more noise coming from the main road so keep that in mind if you don’t like noise.

Staff were good on arrival, although we got stuck up on the roof for over 10 minutes as their doors were programmed wrong. Finally managed to get hold of a member of staff on the phone, but not very apologetic & no compensation - complimentary drink etc offered for the stressful experience!

A notice on the door directed me to check in at another hotel belonging to the same group, located 100 meters away on the main street.
