This was my first stay at this Novotel and I must say that I had an excellent experience. The staff was super friendly, thank you Elisa for all your booking help, and the rest of the team working at reception (Monica, and everyone else). Also, the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were super comfortable. I will come back again very soon.

The hotel is located near a large shopping complex filled with various restaurants and stores. There is a metro station just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel, and for those who enjoy walking, the city center is about 25–30 minutes away on flat ground. Great location, close to the metro and bus. Rooms are quiet and good beds and airco. The swimming on the roof top is small but nice to have. Roof top bar is expensive, you pay 5,50 euro for a cappuccino, 5,00 euro for a tea, glass of wine or glass of beer.

We were treated as family. Very welcoming staff, they gave us a map with directions for tour beat routes. Our kid was sick and they took good care of him, even during sleep hours, staff was available to provide us with water, towels, ice, etc. And this place is also a great spot for your visit in Valencia. Prices are really good for the amount of service and convenience that you get.

No space, no shelves, no wardrobe, no shower enclosure, the entire bathroom floor stays wet.

Location is not good if you want to be near any attractions. The small room is modern decor and has all you need, and the hotel provides a ticket for a welcome drink at the bar.(small prosecco). Check in took 15 minutes, and we were only ones there. Be sure to ask for a room on the backside as it is on a major street and it is noisy.

My friend and I had to leave early in the morning for the airport and not only did they book us a cab but they offered to make us a big packed breakfast for the go since we paid for the buffet breakfast. Id recommend this place for people doing business trips, for vacationers it's not great. The pool is small and only opens at 11.30 (and doesn't get sunny till 12.30). It's out of the city, though there is a few easy undergrounds/trams to get. The service was iffy, depended on who was at the desk. The rooms were probably the best part, except there was a smell from some of the aircons and the bathroom...

The location was great for the district I chose and the room was quite silent, which I generally prefer. I felt comfortable here and stayed a few days. Hope to visit again in the future.

This hotel is great. The rooms are large and clean, and it's very close to the City of Arts and Sciences. Shopping is convenient too, with a supermarket downstairs. The hotel customer service is excellent, especially the lady in the first picture; she was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Thumbs up! I'll recommend this hotel to my friends if they go to Valencia.

Overall, the hotel experience during this trip was quite good. It was booked specifically to visit the Valencia Science City, which is very close by. The hotel rooftop offers a panoramic view of the entire Science City and the Mediterranean coastline. The four-story shopping mall downstairs has a wide variety of restaurants, and we had a delicious and satisfying meal.

Clean rooms and delicious breakfast, but it was the first room where I had to wait for water to cool down instead of waiting for it to heat up. I also missed a fridge or kettle. But I liked the beds and the pillows were perfect. The skybar is great to visit as well and have a nice drink with a great view.

Excellent location, right in the City of Arts. The front desk service is great, and the receptionist speaks Spanish, so communication is no problem. I recommend staying there when the price is low!

The hotel was nice, not much to complain. The room was okay, they cleaned the room and changed the towels. It was just lacking and felt very basic. No coffee and tea in the room, shower head was broken and the bed was hard. It just felt outdated especially downstairs( and the elevator was weird, only 2 people allowed)and you could hear other guests in the hall very easily and especially for the price...

Everything is great, it's far from the center, the metro runs infrequently, of course. But for the money, everything is fine. The staff is superb. The room is spacious and the bed is huge.

It is a standard 3 star hotel. Rooms are clean. If visiting Feria Valencia it is a great location, since it is 5minute walk.

The only complaint is the beds! We asked for a double bed and found two very small single beds! They say there were no double beds available!

easy to move around with bus stop just a few step away. The BF is also very good. Unfortunately, there is an incident on our first night when someone just walk into our room, and the reason is some system failure. Good is the hotel provide us complement BF for this unpleasant incident to cool down our anger.....

Very close to everywhere. I have booked this in walking distance to Football Stadium watch the match of Levante vs FCB. Rooms very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great. We had a great stay, the rooms are simple but clean nevertheless. The location is amazing, next to the metro/bus stops and within walking distance of a bike sharing point. I recommend this place if you want to get the most value out of your money.

Hotel Olympia Universidades was excellent. It is in a less touristy area of Valencia, which is fantastic for a good night's sleep. However, there is a transport stop in front of the hotel which is perfect for travelling to places, whether it's the markets, the City of Arts and Sciences, or Valencia Cathedral. I stayed one night in january 2023 the price is euro 91. The location is so so good. The hotel room and bed very clean. The problem is elevator is not good working and they have a problem in shower water. The water not good working and i hope they will find a solution for this.

Right in the heart of the city, staff were super friendly, especially the bar staff on the roof terrace. It's quite abit smaller than the pictures show but the rooms are big and clean.

I think this hotel is nice and well-styled. However, I requested 2 beds and got 1 small double for us 2 friends. It was hard to sleep, and I think we got the smallest room, in a corner. It was efficiently designed, so we could stow our stuff, but I would have appreciated the larger room and 2 beds I thought I had selected.

Great hotel in an ideal location. Central to everything in the city. Right next door to bike rental and a shop, and literally 2 minutes from the market and cafes/bars. Rooms were very clean and temperature controlled. Bathroom is quite open with tinted glass walls for shower, fine for couples. Really friendly staff. Would stay again.
