I really enjoyed this hotel. It is in a nice area and walkable. Also great public transport links. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were polite and professional. They had Spanish and English speaking staff. This was very convenient. I didn't use the restaraunt as there were many great locations in the surrounding areas for food and drink. It is also close to two Large supermarkets.

Clean and comfortable. Housekeeping on the 13th floor were excellent. Reception staff are friendly and efficent. Rooms are starting to show signs of wear and tear.

Good hotel overall. Located outside the centre old town. 20 minute walk. Bus and bicycle are the best way for transport from hotel to centre. Gym is small but staff were very helpful.

Highly recommend the Level junior suite, which feels more like a real suite than a junior one. Excellent views, two restrooms, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, very clean spaces, and access to the Level lounge make for an excellent experience. An absolutely excellent hotel! The lobby is super stylish, and the rooms are really nice too. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with both a bathtub and a shower, and the views are great. They often host wedding ceremonies here, and the decor is very tastefully done.

The hotel has a good location with convenient access to public transportation—metro, tram, and bus stops are all within easy walking distance. I am honestly shocked about what happened during my stay at this so-called four-star hotel. I was locked inside the bathroom for 30 minutes because the door was broken. Great stay at the Senator Parque Central, Room had plenty of space, bed and pillows very comfortable and very clean room. Location is quite good, just 15min from train station and town center. And Russafa are is quite well alive, lots of restaurant/bar options. Service was 10/10 whenever I needed anything, this was handled quickly.

The room is spacious and has light, the bed is nice. TV as well, fridge works well. The bathroom is big and the shower has strong water pressure. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Science City. Parking is convenient but costs €18 per day, which is a bit pricey. The parking lot entrances and exits are narrow, requiring excellent driving skills! Because I wanted to change the bed type, I asked the front desk after one night and they gave me a new room. The location is a bit far from the city center, but very close to the Science City. We didn't have water and weren't informed it would happen. The reception smelled horribly of sweat at night, and there was no coffee maker in the room. Very well located. The shower was tiny, you could barely fit.

Not far from the airport or city center, and there's a subway station right downstairs with a large supermarket nearby, which is really convenient. The staff were also quite friendly. However, I think the air conditioning in the room isn't working so well, probably because the hotel is a bit old.

Stayed here on a Sunday night. Everywhere was closed and we could only go to a Carrefour a short drive away. The room is spacious but the bathtub was a little dangerous because the shower screen couldn't open fully so I could only slip in from the end. But end of the bathtub is curved and when it is wet is is extra slippery. I nearly slipped and fell. Overall still an okay stay.

It's a very old hotel. It's advertised as four-star, but only a kettle is provided; bottled water isn't. The decor is very dated, and the elevator is clunky and squeaky. Its only advantage is its decent location; the subway station is a short walk away, so you can buy a two-day subway pass and go anywhere.
