Also the rather large fridge was a nice touch (I guess it’s designed for the more long-term stays). I would definitely come again for a short-term stay in Patacona Beach!
A very nice hotel, very close to the beach. In the groud level you can find a gym and a restaurant. The first floor there are areas for study. You can go, also in a rooftop for great view.
I wanted a budget place close to the beach, where I could sleep and shower. And that’s what I got! It’s a no-frills hotel but my room was clean and it was quiet during the night
Spectacular views from the roof. A little bit far from the centre of Valencia however it's well served by local buses (€1 per trip!) Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast included in the price
So close to promenade, beach and sea
They lent me an iron and a board in reception when I asked. Big gym in conjunction, which surprised me. And it is indeed close to the beach

The indoor pool, although not very large, is not crowded during the off-season, which is a significant advantage
A great hotel, great location great staff perfect service. Loads of bars, restaurants and supermarket's nearby. A short trip to the city €10 taxi approx €2 on the bus
Large outdoor pool and enough sunbeds (maybe because it is only the beginning of the season). The hotel surroundings are impressive, beautiful well-kept garden, fountains beautifully lit at night
Large room, comfortable bed, quality towels, bedding and toiletries. Pool area and sunbeds washed and cleaned every day. All staff were faultless in their interaction, service and helpfulness
This hotel is the only real choice you have if you want to stay on a beach front location that includes a pool and kids club etc. Sadly the hotel is very tired and old
We had a room with a sea view which was an additional advantage. SPA clean and maintained perfectly. You can relax and unwind there. The only big minus is the breakfast, not very diverse for a 5-star hotel

I stayed here for 3 nights and i was not disappointed. Very clean room with AC, clean bathroom, very friendly staff and excellent location, right at the beach and lots of cafes and restaurants
However, the balcony was right over the promenade so we had a great view of the beach/sunrise. We ate on the balcony a couple times. It is an older hotel but clean and kept up. One person elevator or the stairs
Such a great price to be beach side! The rooms are NOT big, with four people, 3 full size suitcases and 3 carry-ons, it was tight
One thing i really enjoyed was the vending machine in the lobby where i could get cold drinks whenever i wanted. I will definitely stay here again when i am in Valencia again
We could just walk down the block for great options to eat or a few blocks for grocery stores. Super busy but lovely and clean and soft sand
Public transportation is also very close nearby, the bus station is a 3 minutes walk, the metro a 15 minutes walk away

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s right on the beach with many restaurant options and the staff are very friendly. It’s freshly renovated and has beautiful interior design

Happily surprised by my single room, for a reasonable rate. Wifi a little weak in my room. The beach is just a few steps for there. But it’s a little far from the center

I think a lot of these negative reviews are old, because I had a great experience. It was super clean, modern, room wasn't huge but it wasn't uncomfortably tiny. I did pick a slightly upgraded one so that may be why
Everything was clean and amazing. We had a great time and I would say the hotel has 3 - 4 stars. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

It is a very clean hotel near the scientific modern part of Valencia. ( only 10 minute on foot) The room is well equipped and cleaned every day. The stuff is very kind and helpfull. A buffet breakfast is available

Room is spacious enough for a business trip, with good variety of amenities including nespresso machine, kettle, bath amenities (incl. conditioner and body cream) and toothbrush but no slippers or bath robe
You have to press the call bell to let the front desk open the garage door (I couldn't find the bell at first. On the day of check-in, it felt like a company was holding a meeting here
In Valencia, I bought a 10-trip bus card for 5 euros, which can be used multiple times by several people. One person swipes once, and several people swipe several times
In the morning, there was a bus at the door, which was convenient to go anywhere. It was very close to the Science City, about 700 meters

Reception Team: When checking guests in, please provide as much information as possible. We found it confusing when we were told we needed to book a table for lunch and dinner every day
This is the only thing to note with a sea view room. Gerardo on the front desk couldn't have been more helpful - he was extremely organised - he got us another room within an hour and helped us move everything
Thank you Rosé for the 10/10 massage & service. I felt reborn. The girls were very nice. Ana thankyou for the fun chat after. It smells very nice and it looks so beautifull !
Lovely hotel. We had a room with a sea view and it was excellent to wake up and see the beach and sea every morning. Restaurant excellent. Service good. Efficiently run hotel.
Noise: The noise from the lift doors is noticeable during the night, but it wasn't a problem for us. However, guests with rooms facing the beach may find the beach club noise during the weekend to be disruptive

The hotel is only 15 mins walk from the Port and beaches where there are lots of beach front restaurants. Felt very safe walking in the city and so much to do in this beautiful city
Underground parking was a godsend in Valencia, you can catch a number 4 bus into the city centre which costs only €1
Location is convenient for the beach and town but the general area is very sleepy with the local bars/cafes being very local, but welcoming
Walking distance from the City of Arts and Sciences, and metro station

The best advantage of this hotel was its location, as it is right on the beach, allowing us to enjoy the beach and the sea whenever we wanted. The street was very lively until late at night, with many restaurants around
Wonderful experience, great location for beach. City center is a bus ride #32 about 15 minutes. Most staff do not speak English but are willing to assist with goggle translate. Breakfast good, eggs bacon cooked to order
I did one night 85 euros with breakfast included. it was a room with the street view. I didn't want to pay a little extra for the beach side, but you can. I just did the walk to the beach, which is right in front

there's a lot of restaurants on this site and bars. There's one nightclub that was open on a Monday it was really quiet. The area was nice, and clean rooms were impeccable. It's a really nice decent size for a couple

We stayed 3 nights and it was wonderful. Perfectly located on the beach front. Close the tram - 25 minutes into the old centre which is worth the visit. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant restaurant was very nice
The food is great as always, the waiters were great. Had the fab chicken and sea food paella plus the lobster paella. Great wine too! On the negative side, the receptionist is terrible and had a terrible attitude
Sadly, the type of guest are not the same as before. Quite loud and rowdy with each table speaking louder than the next. We will probably head back off season!

Perfect and kind service of Cristina. Food was delicious. Didn’t leave a single rice grain from the paella, we definitely will return if back in Valencia. We keep coming back.

The hotel is in a fantastic location across the road from the port, a 20 minute walk from a beautiful beach, and a short metro ride from the bustling city centre which was the perfect balance for our city break
Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly and helpful. We tried the roof top bar on a few occasions which was brilliant, and the cocktails were great. The manager, Ramon was particularly helpful and welcoming too
There are local bars and restaurants within walking distance too which was very handy. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was modern, comfortable and air conditioned
We stayed for 2 nights with 6 month old twin girls. The room was lovely with a kettle (which was so useful with the babies)and plenty of hot water and towels
Nice, friendly staff. In the evening we went to the rooftop bar and tried Agua de Valencia. Beautiful view of the harbor and square.
Saw an interesting Easter parade in the square outside the hotel

Lovely room right on the beach. With a jacuzzi bath at the foot of the bed with beach views. Breakfast is amazing and included. My only issue is the music from the Marina Club. It's very loud and goes on until 4am
We went to the beach before going out. Wanted to eat and drink something, after walking a bit, we saw Sabbia. We were surprised with a very tastefull meat and a delicious wine
Pros: - nice staff - great atmosphere - beach 30sec walk - extremely good value for money Cons: - poor soundproofing (other people smacking the door as hell) - booked room with the view, but view wasn't delivered, different room has been assigned Overall, great experience, will definitely be back
We had a late lunch at Sabbia and as usual we enjoyed the food there - I would say the best of these restaurants at Malvarossa beach - also good service. We love it
Great place, design and ambience is good. Service was well done. Food could be improved, the paella could have been better, crockets average, other dishes we had good.
I still give this hotel 5 stars because it's not their fault and they do provide ear plugs that do help

Top: everything! Tip: we missed hooks and shelves in the room, but compared to the tops, they also fell into nothing. Next time we will book this again!
Everything was correct, the only thing was the light in the bathroom/shower in which almost nothing could be seen, for the rest everything was correct
 This property is a little outdated and could use some refresh on the furniture and facilities. You check in at one location and then have to walk to the actual hotel which is at a different location
It is a little confusing in the hotel/rooms are hard to fine because it’s tucked down a little alley. Overall, the property is no frills and adequate
The hotel Cosy Rooms Bolseria is hidden in a one way alley in a central location in Valencia. If you don’t pay attention you may actually miss it
The reception is very welcoming, with vintage furniture and wooden beams showcasing a traditional style of old buildings in Valencia
