An absolutely excellent hotel! The lobby is super stylish, and the rooms are really nice too. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with both a bathtub and a shower, and the views are great. They often host wedding ceremonies here, and the decor is very tastefully done.

This is my second stay at this well-established 5-star hotel. The lobby is grand and luxurious, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The decor is a bit dated, but still quite nice. The breakfast is plentiful and meets 5-star standards. Overall, it offers good value for money.

It's barely a 5-star hotel. The rooms need updating, and the TV wasn't even a smart TV. The rooftop cocktails were quite weak. The pool was very small, and when we went, there were no towels. We had to ask for them. Mistakes a 5-star hotel shouldn't have. The facilities were adequate. The breakfast buffet was fine.

Great, centrally located, and with good service. I'll definitely come back when I return to Valencia.

The hotel was perfectly located and clean. Just the lifts took really long to get down. We booked 2 rooms, 1 was located on the 8th floor and the other on the 5th floor. We had our bag stolen on the last night. The police were very unhelpful. We were left with no phones or money or bank cards. The hotel staff helped us contact relatives at home so we could have our flight details home sent to us. An excellent stay in the heart of Valencia. Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were small but modern and comfortable. Rooftop bar had great views and some excellent wine. The room was bright and the king-size bed was soft and comfortable, although two beds pushed together would be a bit small. The hotel staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. The hotel has a great location in the bustling city center, very close to the British Department Store, and there are shopping malls nearby that are within walking distance. The environment is nice, and the service is good, but the facilities are a bit old.

All I remember is that there was only one duvet cover in the room, and I had to put the duvet insert in myself late at night, huffing and puffing. Thumbs down...

The spa area is decent but sauna is in need of refreshing. They could use a renovation in the whole spa and gym area.

The whole experience at HOSPES Palau de Mar was exceptional! Laura and Federico at the reception were amazing and very helpful in guiding us since this was our first visit to Valencia. We would definitely recommend and stay here on our next visit.
