There is a metro station just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel, and for those who enjoy walking, the city center is about 25–30 minutes away on flat ground

The hotel itself has 12 floors, with a pleasant rooftop pool overlooking the city, as well as a nice bar that appears to be open to non guests as well. There is also a small but well equipped gym with modern machines

The staff was super friendly, thank you Elisa for all your booking help, and the rest of the team working at reception (Monica, and everyone else). Also, the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were super comfortable

The room is not large (19 m²), but it is functional and comfortable. The bed is big and very comfortable, and although the bathroom is also compact, it is sufficient and the shower is excellent

On some floors, there is a cold filtered water dispenser located near the elevator, positioned so guests never need to go more than one floor up or down to refill bottles

The room includes strong air conditioning, a safe, a minibar (extra charge), an excellent hairdryer, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi

Good hotel overall. Located outside the centre old town. 20 minute walk. Bus and bicycle are the best way for transport from hotel to centre. Gym is small but staff were very helpful.

It is in a nice area and walkable. Also great public transport links. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were polite and professional. They had Spanish and English speaking staff

Clean and comfortable. Housekeeping on the 13th floor were excellent. Reception staff are friendly and efficent. Rooms are starting to show signs of wear and tear.

I didn't use the restaraunt as there were many great locations in the surrounding areas for food and drink. It is also close to two Large supermarkets

We stayed for several days and were very satisfied. A robust breakfast buffet and evening meal was a choice between various excellent dishes across three courses that changed daily. Very friendly and accommodating staff

The rooftop pool was refreshing, however it’s worth noting it didn’t have a shallow end; the entire pool was about 1,6m deep which wasn’t ideal for kids (or short adults)

The bed was soft and very comfortable, and there was plenty of space to organize our belongings. The breakfast was acceptable; although it was not very varied, it was sufficient for what we needed for breakfast

Location is more than perfect - you can reach main spots on your feet. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious

Great stay at the Senator Parque Central, Room had plenty of space, bed and pillows very comfortable and very clean room. Location is quite good, just 15min from train station and town center

I recently stayed at the Parque Central Senator Hotel, and I must say that Adrian and Víctor, the receptionists, were absolutely outstanding. Their professionalism and kindness made my stay truly memorable

The location is not very central, closed to high speed train station, but it is not walkable distance and still need to take taxi, only 5 euros. The room is clean , spacious and comfortable

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was perfectly adequate, with fresh orange juice, various egg dishes, delicious ham, and fresh fruit. We had a room facing the courtyard. It was very quiet, and the bathroom was completely renovated

Noise from both outside and inside the hotel was minimal, and we got some good sleep there! The only thing that bothered me was the smoke alarm with it's constant red flashing light

Unfortunately my stay at this property has not been ideal. As soon as I arrived, I noticed several black hair in the bathroom (I am blonde and, anyway, I had just arrived…). No courtesy water - but I can live with that

As the hotel is a short walk away from both the Cathedral and the City of Arts and Sciences it was an excellent choice for our visit, and would have made public transport completely unnecessary if not to hide from the rain

I arrived at the hotel and my checked suitcase was undelivered from my flight. Reception provided me with something to sleep in for the night and a toothbrush

The next day my suitcase was delivered and I found it in my room directly. However, the meat at the restaurant was raw (chicken, fish) and not properly cooked. Also the beef was really chewy

Located near Valencia's Ruzafa district, it's not far from the historic center and the Tech City. We walked to almost every attraction. The hotel is clean and well-equipped. The style is retro and the rooftop is stunning

It's not far from the train station and you can walk to the central area. This room is in a building opposite, not upstairs from the lobby. The room is pretty, but the layout is a bit awkward

The rooms were the best I've ever stayed in - modern, sophisticated and beautifully clean. The rooftop was also a lovely extra. This hotel deserves a lot more than 5*!! We can't wait to visit again soon

An excellent stay in the heart of Valencia. Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were small but modern and comfortable. Rooftop bar had great views and some excellent wine

Everything was great except for two things: some of the reception staff and the breakfast restaurant staff weren't as friendly as they should have been, and the central air conditioning couldn't be adjusted; it was so cold that we had to open the window

The hotel is new, located near a park in the city center. It has its own underground parking for 23 euros per day. The interior is beautifully designed, and the rooms have high-quality furniture and mattresses

I lost my power adapter and ask if they would charge my phone for me, and they rejected right away without explaining. When I come back at the night another man In charge told me they couldn’t accept guest’s phone

Breakfast buffet was top notch with all the continental and Spanish items. They even allowed me an early check in and late check out at additional charges but that helped me a lot. Overall it was a wonderful stay

the location is perfect just near Turia garden, the bus station and the nuovo centro shopping mall. Taxi stands just next door to the hotel. We booked half board and we were glad

As this was my fourth time here in Valencia I was much happier to be in the Westin hotel location (in the past I've stayed in hotels right in the center), it's more local, right near the park and has everything you need without the overwhelming tourist crowds

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. It was right in the middle of everything - restaurants, bars, grocery store, bus stop, parking lot and attractions. A little longer (about 10 mins) walk to the laundromat
