The hotel location was great and easy to walk around the city center.
Manoj (the manager) was very helpful and stayed in touch with us before our arrival. He was kind enough to receive our parcel on our behalf and then handed it over to us when we arrived.
He offered us a complementary breakfast and made sure that our stay was comfortable. He was responsive and resolved our queries quickly. I liked his humble attitude towards the guests.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was decent and comfortable, the helpdesk staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent with easy access to nearby places. Recommended for a convenient comfortable stay.

My room was great .
They did have a dampness problem in some rooms according to another guest.
I cannot fault this hotel....great value ...comfortable...great hot showers and excellent restaurant next door.

Very bad rooms and very expensive and all equipments are damage small shower and if any equipments are got damage they are charging from us but the equipments are very old and poor quality things. I will give 0out of 5 ***********************

Best in down , it’s sea Street.. where all the jewelry shop , Indian veg restaurants. Closer to bus , train station. Everything’s can be walk . Budget hotel but high rate . Room comfortable, staff are good . Breakfast complimentary. Oral can stay

Good value for money. Somehow location is bit freeky when it's night. Staff is friendly and rooms are bit compact. Breakfast is good. Can recommend this place who is looking for a budget stay at colombo.

Stayed here after our flight and had late check in with no issues. Staff were very kind & informative. No issues! Hotel had towels & water. There was a security guard down stairs at all time who also ordered a tuktuk for us to get food. Very helpful

Worst hotel room I have ever been in. It was full of mould and mosquitos. The smell of the mould was so bad I could barely breath and sleep. Don't go there!!!!! And it's not even cheap...
