Anugaa In The City in Colombo

Very spacious room with a lovely bathroom and shower. AC and fan works well, comfy beds and pillows. Very lovely staff with good English that are happy to help with anything you need. Great authentic Sri Lankan breakfast and they make sure you’re full before you leave. Very serene lounge area with high quality furniture. Very accessible from the city.

Best place we could have stayed in. The hotel is stunning, the service couldnt have been better. Super clean rooms and very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great, with a lot of variety. We stayed 4 nights there and felt at home. Janaka took the best care of us and we are very grateful for his hospitality and kindness.

We had a wonderful experience at the Anugaa In The City hotel.The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was also spacious and very clean. The staff members Jude and Janaka, went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast was the best ever. Traditional cuisine, tasty and reach in variety. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Colombo.

Couldn’t recommend this stay more. Worth the nice, longer walks to the “center” so you see more of this beautiful city (pro tip: walk to town in the mornings and take a tuktuk home in the evenings)! The people who run this place are amazing, the breakfast is outstanding and it’s situated in a nice, international area. The rooms are great, super clean and the people in the neighbourhood are so kind!

What an excellent staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and genuinely caring. They were always there to help and I cannot describe how good the staff were. The room was very big, very clean and overall really good. The breakfast was also great with different types of food to try each day. Really enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay here again. 100000/10.

We stayed Anugaa in the city for 7 days. Its located in Kitulwatta Rd, Borella in Srilankan Capital Colombo. Its perfect for family living....

More personalized than you can expect from a 5-star. Anuradha is absolutely spectacular as the host - the property is quite unique, built and maintained with love. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was warm, literally and figuratively.

Awesome little hotel in the middle of Colombo.

The breakfast is simple but delicious. The staff are so friendly and accommodating.

The rooms where clean and the bathrooms were nice. Our room had air-conditioning.

Definitely would recommend for anyone wanting relatively cheap accommodation in the middle of the city. It's walking distance to house of fashion (which I wouldn't bother going to if you have big shopping malls in your home city.)
