It was good experience. Staff was helpful but the only thing which I really missed was fridge. I wasn’t able to keep my food or drinks. Otherwise everything else was good.

Room: The room is fully equipped and spacious, with an open view. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. Plus, there's room service available, so you can still get food even if you arrive late.

Facilities: There's a stunning 'heavenly' pool, and a chain coffee shop conveniently located next to the hotel.

Service: The front desk staff are friendly and polite.

Service was good, people very friendly, but my TV did not work. I asked cleaner, he tried to fix it but couldn't, he called the maintenance team for me, but they never turned up.

Good hotel for a couple of days before or after a flight. Dinners and breakfasts are quite decent, with a good variety. There are shops and shopping centers nearby.

Everything was perfect, the receptionist also helped us with some deliveries and printing papers.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, everything was perfect. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Don't go by the pictures of Ocean View - lower floors don't have the view. Towels were not as clean. The front desk clerk did not want to talk or be bothered but the girl next morning was very respectful and helpful.
