Best Western Elyon Colombo in Colombo

I will not recommend for tourists here.
Very bad service especially check in time. They hold me 1 hour for finding the booking.
And finally give room twin bed room but my booking was King bed two room.
They provided use bed covers which use by someone yesterday.
Their staff’s behavior was 3rd class.
And the location was horrible for tourist.
I complained to trip.com, they tried their best to serving me but hotel people didn’t cooperate with trip.com also.
Finally trip.com gave me compensation.

Just so so..clean bathrooms though! Comfortable beds..smelling corridor

Totally not recommended. Strong smell. Old and shabby. Dirty and messy. The pillowcases were obviously not changed. I don't know if there was mosquito blood or something on the wrinkles. I booked for two days after getting off the plane because the pictures were clean. It cost more than 490. I thought it would be clean at least. I made do with it for two days. I didn't expect it to be so bad. The sheets and quilt covers were so black that they couldn't be washed out. You couldn't even take pictures of them. The sheets with holes turned yellow and black from direct contact with the bottom. The old mattress was full of debris and dandruff. I felt itchy all over when I slept there. I took a shower. The bath towel had one black spot and one yellow spot. I don't know what it was. I have never stayed in such a hotel in my life. The facilities are old and shabby. It's okay if the things are yellowed, but it's mainly unclean. There are many moldy places on the walls. I was afraid to move out of the hotel in the middle of the night. I made do with one night and moved out the next day. I still haven't been refunded for the next day. There was a pair of beach pants that were not washed and hung in the closet. I asked Ctrip to get them back. The hotel said they didn't have them. The things were worthless. The nature was very bad.
