Beach: public, sandy beach 70 m away, on the second coastal line across the road. Sun beds, umbrellas-for a fee. Beach towels free of charge.

Hotel is in really good location, close to the bars, restaurants, shops, ocean is across the street. Room was clean by our arrival and got cleaned anytime on our request. Breakfast choice is not big, but is enough. Pool was very clean every day during our stay. Staff is super friendly and responsive, with no hesitation and with smile on the face helped us with every our needs. Great service overall and definitely matches the price.

Nice guest house, the room next to the pool was great. The room was cleaned daily. Breakfasts were ordinary, but all the products were fresh and tasty. The staff was very polite, helpful and friendly.

Wow! Very beautiful place when I first booked this place I wasn't very confident about how it may turn out but I was wrong this place is excellent! And totally worth visiting! The staff are very friendly and the pool is really big and the location is great it's so close to the beach 🏖️

I came here with my friends for New Year's and was horrified by the experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. The rooms were filthy—dirty bathrooms and unclean sheets. When we raised these issues and politely asked for a discount, the manager rudely told us to leave if we didn’t like it.

If you are charging Western prices (USD 236 for two nights), guests should expect Western standards of cleanliness and service. Unfortunately, this was far from the case. This was by far the most expensive accommodation of our trip in Sri Lanka, yet it was also the worst. We ended up moving to another hotel just down the road for USD 39 per night, which was much cleaner, more comfortable, and had far better service.

This experience ruined our New Year’s celebrations. Avoid this place at all costs!
