Cons: You can hear the road and neighbors (for some reason, there are large ventilation holes in the doors) or you'll need earplugs or a Wine Store every day, and a lot 😏

I came for 2 days, ended up staying for 10 days, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were cozy and clean, I definitely recommend it!

Our favorite hotel in Miris. We stayed for one night and ended up staying for almost a week. The warmest and friendliest atmosphere.

The hotel rooms were very clean and tidy.

The staff's English was not very good; only his son spoke English.

However, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Mirissa Beach is right behind the hotel, which is convenient.

Coconut Tree Hill is just a half-hour walk away, very convenient.

The hotel can book whale watching tours, including a tuk-tuk ride there and back.

Although we didn't see any whales this time, it was still a great experience!

We stayed for a week at this hotel and later prolonged our stay after traveling to other places in Sri Lanka. Mirissa is amazing. And this hotel's location is perfect, next to beautiful Zouk restaurant. We could also relax on the terrace and enjoy the sunset, watching flying foxes. The room was nice and clean. We had everything we needed. The best local breakfast we have had in Sri Lanka with green curry. The owner family is incredibly nice and friendly. They helped us with any question and were always polite and smiling. It was a very pleasant stay. When we return to Sri Lanka we'll stay at this hotel in Mirissa.

Checked in early, we arrived at about 1 pm (this is already the third hotel in Sri Lanka out of 3, where we were checked in early without problems). But for the money, it is big, clean, there is a kettle, hair dryer, safe, wardrobe, balcony. In general, all the amenities. Not far from the ocean (100 m). There are many shops and cafes nearby. For such a price, an excellent choice. I recommend.

The receptionist was incredibly nice!

He helped us with our luggage upstairs and warmly explained how to use the facilities in our room.

His recommended boat trip was also reliable!

When we left for Galle, he patiently explained how to take the bus.

Highly recommended! ^_^

The rooms were clean, and although it's called a family-run guesthouse, it's actually a very nice hotel. We booked our whale watching trip through them, and the price was very reasonable.
