It is a nice guesthouse very close to the beach. My room had a sea view from the balcony. AC was working well. For this price you cant find better place in Unawatuna. Overall good experience and would go back.

For this price I have nothing to complain. Everything was good. We even get a breakfast in café near by. To stay 1-2 nights is perfect and cheap

U can see the sea from your room.

It is not a good place for stay.. Rooms are not clean and also the bathrooms are same.. There is no sea view like in this photo.
Don't book this place, you will have to leave the place after seeing all these..

Staff was friendly. Room Conditions are below average. Stayed only for 1 night. There was no pressure in tap water. No doormats. Floor is bit sticky.

The rooms are way below hygene standarts. AC doesn’t cool down the room and it doesn’t remove humidity. We have been bitten by bedbugs at night. And there were stanins all around the bed.

I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this place.
