The pool was okay but the rooms aren’t that good , the televisions has some issues and the hot water isn’t working most of the times .

Terrible C-19 quarantine hotel. We stayed here from 10th of January to 11th of January due to mandatory quarantine due to positive C-19 test upon departure. It seems like the hotel has been closed during the pandemic and are now operating as a full quarantine hotel. The prices are twice as other quarantine hotels, the rooms dirty and the food terrible. They didn´t even bring soap for washing hands when we asked them nicely (twice). Also, they offer no room service and not possible to pay by VISA / terminal. Please, do not book this place.

Fine but the building is under construction and bathroom sink is jammed. AC works great and mattress are good though

Beautiful hotel with extra spacious rooms. Rooms have all modern facilities and perfect price for a nice stay in Negombo. An eye catching pool is also available for a dip and the beach is just a walk away. Staff is friendly and a few parking spaces are available in front and on the side of the hotel.

Loved this boutique hotel. They had a great pool and spacious rooms with all the room amenities . The staff was very friendly and provided swift service. They had great food too with good portions. We also love the breakfast, a suprisingly good spread. its close to all the bars and clubs and the beach is in walking distance.

Very good place, awesome for people who are looking for a budget hotel.
It's just a road cross over the negombo beach line.
The staff are a bit not well trained to communicate in English language, but the food was superb .
We checked in at 2pm and ordered lunch as we were very hungry, it was amazing . The dishes the preparation and the garnish and presentation everything.
The restaurant guy even made us pancakes for breakfast on our special request. The pool is a bit small for people who are looking to chill and swim in the pool.
