We were looking for a nice room near the airport as we came across this beautiful hotel. We weren't expecting it to be as good as it was. The rooms are really high quality and so for all the facilities. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and was willing to help us with whatever we need no matter the time. To sum it up, it was one of the best hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka. I would recommend it...

Amazing hotel! We really didn't expect the place when we arrived. It a huge villa, very beautiful design with wooden roof from the inside and high ceiling. The owner of the place is a lovely women, did the extra and arranged as two rooms with mosquito net (provided especially for us, she didn't have it) so we can choose where we prefer to stay. Wonderful hotel with wonderful people The beds are comfy and rooms are clean The swimming pool is perfect just a little oasis in the middle of Negombo. They have a transfer service to the airport thats really usefull and punctual in less than 30 minutes you can be in the airport!

Great place to stay near Columbo Airport. Nice pool. Rooms large and comfortable with good air conditioning. Free breakfast was delicious and served by a very pleasant staff. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had higher expectations based on the beautiful photos on TripAdvisor and ***********. Instead, we found a musty room where the wooden furnishings clearly couldn't cope with the humidity. The air conditioning made it somewhat bearable. The bathroom would have been nice if it weren't for the mold on the tiles and the stains on the toilet seat that wouldn't come off. We stayed at that hotel for 2 nights, and was pretty good. The air conditioner is working very well, is close to the town and beach. Breakfast was okey, not in European standards. As a advice is not to book a driver from the hotel, because they are charging a lot. Is better to look for an Uber or Pickme

We stayed there for a total of three nights (arrival and departure) and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The rooms are spacious and pleasant (especially those overlooking the pool). Everything was spotless. Breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was also very good. The location is also ideal, set back from the city center but not too far on foot (10 minutes). We had lunch at the restaurant and we really enjoyed it! Sidath was very kind, always asking if we wanted something else. My jumbo shrimps were delicious! The pool seemed calm but unfortunately we didn't have our bathing suits. Also wr loved that the place was calm and quiet, away from the noisy beach!

Pretty good place to eat. The food is good, didn't take long to wait for the food. The personnel is nice. The portions are big and tasty. You can eat outside as well as inside in the building. You can pay by cash or credit card. There is a big variety of food and drinks to pick. There is always a free table so you'll surely find where to sit.

We went on a team outing..place is quite and close to beach (600m away).. exceptional customer service, rooms are clean and they will provide anything u need (eg: LED TV, Gas cooker, Additional pillows and meal) we enjoyed and will visit once again..

For me one of the worst hostels in Sri Lanka. After staying for 30 days. I was in the non AC room which I have no problem per se, but all lockers where occupied with clothes of the owner. The room was tiny no space for luggage. I had originally not even a blanket. It seems there was only one bathroom for the whole hostel, often toilett paper was missjng?
