Very nice hotel with swimming pool. Beautiful chalets in a quiet area. Location is excellent and opposite to one of the best hotel chain in SriLanka. Restaurants are around the hotel and if you like sea food that’s the best area in Negombo. Special thanks for the staff.

Best hideout in the negombo city center. Walking distance to chilaw - colombo main road. Excellent staff service. Clean rooms and bed linens. Food is served as set menue. All food items are fresh and tasty. Also they have well maintained garden which is offered for any kind of photo shoots.

This is a very good value hotel with proper management, clean interiors, and a friendly front desk. The restaurant downstairs is okay, and the manager is also very nice, but the breakfast options are limited. Downstairs, there's a canal with a constant flow of foreign tourists. The exotic scenery outside the window is quite lively.
Clean. The balcony is right next to the river, a 15-minute walk from the fish market, and close to St. Mary's Church. There are many restaurants nearby.

One of the best hotels in Negombo to start or end your Sri Lanka tour including free airport pick ups/drops. The team is just so welcoming and the food was tasty. The rooms are clean and spacious .. the only thing missing was the pool which the team said might come next year. We can highly recommend this place if you want a quality sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the owner was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The rooms were incredibly spacious as they are fully furnished with sofas, desks, chairs, and some full kitchens. The property itself is a very large home that fits close to 12 different rooms. Prices are reasonable and negotiable. My only complaint was the amount of mosquitos on the premises.

Just be aware that you have to pay extra for air con. Good thing is that they have kitchen. Wi-Fi is a bit slow as anywhere else in Sri Lanka. They have cute kittens!
