My family and I had a great time at this haven. It feels like a sanctuary. If you want a glamorous and lavish experience this is not your place, but if you want to relax, refresh and restart then I would recommend lagoon paradise. Tip: wake up at 5am, the views are amazing and the air is so fresh.

Got a really nice spaghetti plate with tuna and seer fish! Was especially made for us. The fish very very fresh. Tasted delicious 👍

Hospitality at its best. We stayed here for a day before catching a flight back to U.S. will definitely come back to stay for longer next time. We had a great experience. The staff is very friendly. Nice hospitality. There is Lagoon access a well. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. good design to feel nature. Delicious food. There is an undisturbed view of the lagoon. Best for the relaxation.

The food dishes are the best. It's a very calm place where you could enjoy the lagoon view and just a couple of steps to the beach.

Very interesting place. I've been to PAN many times with my family and friends over the years & it has never disappointed me. I suggest you go there around 7.00-7.30 PM as the place starts bustling with people after 8.00pm

Best place to visit with very short time, if your living around Negombo, best service provided by resort, a little disappointed is they not providing all the services as mentioned on the road signs 😊 but overall experience is value for the money you will be satisfied.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kings Island Resort, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in luxury and warmth. The staff's hospitality was unparalleled, ensuring every need was met promptly and with a genuine smile.

Calm and quiet place. Sunday is best for families. Food and service are OK, reasonable prices... you have to take a boat to go to this place, it takes around 3 minutes(safety jackets are availble on request). Have to buy ticket for boat (Rs.100 per person).

The hotel is very close to the beach and hotel staff is very helpful. Family room is very spacious and clean. The roof called skyview is very causey with a constant fresh breeze. In the family suite you have 6 single beds and 2 attached bathrooms

This is a very good place, there is music and a very very kind staff. The food was a bit slow, but it was because the burger was made all from scratch and that is so cool!!! It was delicious and the drinks was also great. I would reccomend this place if youre looking for a good vibe, good drinks and a perfect burger!!!

Really lovely place to stay, clean, comfortable, staff were really helpful and also let us check in early and arranged a reasonably priced airport transfer. The pool and garden area are really peaceful and nice. It’s conveniently located for the beach and all the local restaurants and bars.

The environment inside is super good, and the network is average and usable. It is a long walk from the beach, the alleys are very small, and there are many dogs. Takeaways are very expensive, others are okay.

The hotel has a lot of mosquitoes, but that's unavoidable given the climate. The room is super big and the staff are very welcoming. There is no elevator, so I had to rely on the guy to carry me up. It's a good choice for a one-night stay.

We stayed here as part of our trip via Rickshaw Travel/Heritage expediciones for 2 nights. Our room was big, clean and tidy but basic. The shower looked like it was only cold water but it did warm up. Breakfast was simple and generally a fruit plate with toast and eggs of your choice. Staff were friendly and there were some restaurants nearby and you could also eat here in the evening.

The hotel is ok, but our triple room looked at the road and it id loud. The beach in Negombo is dirty, water is unclear, so don’t think about last swim, but you cab surely buy last minute souvenirs just on the hotel’s street.

Very clean, bright and friendly hotel! Beds are comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. The staff are great and I would highly recommend it. It's right on the beach road with lots of restaurants and coffee shops around.

Big, spacious rooms. Warm shower and very helpful front desk staff. Opp Topaz hotel, so good location. The hotel is still under construction, so the rooms are still relatively new and bigger than rooms at Topaz. Beach is only visisble thru 2 of the top floor rooms, which are still under construction. All in all a great room for very economical price, better than most on that strip.

This is a budget hotel which offers relatively good value for money. The room was clean and spacious, if sparse, and both the sheets and bathroom were also clean. The air-conditioning worked well. There were a few mosquitoes which had managed to find their way into the room but an active mosquito repellent device was provided that worked to keep them away.

The room facilities are very average, the lights are dim, and there were three power outages. However, it is very close to the airport, so it is still a good option for those who land in the middle of the night.

Clean comfortable hotel, relatively not expensive, It was a fantastic stay at the hotel and the Sunday lunch buffet was sumptuous. The rooms have been recently cleaned and the linen seems new. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is excellent. Many thanks for the service, the staff were very helpful.

The bathroom floor is too slippery. The water doesn't drain well. The breakfast menu has a limited variety. The meal menu is delicious, but the dinner buffet has limited variety, so it's better to order food.

Foods was good and has excellent view. Rooms also fine but you will have to deal with some mosquitoes.

Location is good but they have poor management and rules which is actually made by their own

Excellent location and lovely hotel to stay at. It's on the beach and the main street. The restaurant has great food and is directly on the beach. The pool area and deck are lovely place to sit. The rooms would benefit from a freshening up and some new linen but otherwise this is a fantastic place.

Old hotel on the beach. Hotel is old and it shows. Towels and bed sheets all stained. The workers are all amazing with great service.

The room at Avenra Hotel was very comfortable and well maintained. It was clean, spacious, and nicely arranged, with a cozy bed and a pleasant ambiance. Housekeeping was excellent, and all the basic facilities were provided. We had a relaxing stay and felt very comfortable throughout. Definitely a good choice for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

Perfect accomodation in Negombo. Near to sea. The family that owns the accommodation is very kind, and helped with everything and they prepared perfect srilanka's home made meals.

We stayed here for two nights. The owners were amazing and very helpful. We had to pack are bicycles into cardboard boxes and the owners were an amazing help in figuring out everything!! The owner also has a little shop with amazing cake! The rooms are basic but clean, certainly considering the low price they ask.

Chamila and her husband were wonderful throughout our stay; very helpful with information. For a small extra, they can prepare breakfast; we highly recommend it! Excellent and plentiful! The room was cozy and had hot water. Convenient and practically steps from the tourist area by the sea. It's one of those places you'll want to return to again and again!

Very friendly hosts, rooms with air condition and an amazing breakfast. I can’t find anything to complain about. It’s easy to walk to the beach and there are many shops and restaurants close by.

Rooms are a dream well set up and includes all the latest innovations. Breakfast was another great experience. Amazing views would have liked to have had a longer stay. Only complaint is the reception area and arrival area, not conducive to elderly

3 R was our first stay in Sri Lanka. We mostly enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. They were so kind to have us check in very early in the morning, waited for us and helped with the baggage. Rooms extremely clean and confortable. Very good service in all aspects.

The hotel is good. It is easily accessible from the airport and has a beach at back of the hotel. Their restaurant has some delicious food including some sea food. My stay here was good except for one thing. They did not provide soap, toothpaste and toothbrush. Wifi strength and speed is ok.

Look, this is a good hotel - especially considering that when I came here with my girlfriend we were in transit and the airline put us here for free. The rooms are big and air conditioned with cool tile floors and comfortable beds. These are all based around a courtyard which leads out onto two swimming pools and the beach. Food is a nice if unspectacular buffet.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Negombo. Rooms, location & food everything was amazing. Have walkable access to the wide Negombo beach.. just within 40 seconds! Seafood Dinner at the rooftop was unforgettable.. Ideal and for guests from Middle East.

Stayed there briefly as we arrived very late. But it was a good stay, staff was helpful, great room with an awesome view of the beach, and the beach is literally few steps from the hotel. Note: I am writing this review is after completing 15 days holiday in Sri Lanka; therefore, I have considered all pro and cons.

Great food! Really loved the place and its good for like a weekend getaway. Staff was very friendly. Room was average tbh and most of the supplies like tea bags and sugar were a bit old but it was clean and spacious. Once again the food was really amazing! Would definitely visit again if I'm around.

Hotel ideally located in Negombo, very close to the beach and of walking distance to the main tourist attractions (fish market, canal, fort, churches, ...). The staff is very friendly and make you feel like home, serving you a fresh juice upon arrival. The pool area is lovely, and allows for a morning dip before enjoying a nice breakfast. The included shuttle to the airport is a real plus!

Wonderful place! They picked us up at the airport at midnight(!) The room was very nice (hot water and air conditioning) and the included breakfast was delicious (they did substitute for fish to accommodate our diet requirements). The sheets looked a little dirty but they apologized and immediately brought clean ones.

The stay was okay, but we had a major issue with the bathroom drainage. The water in the toilet/shower was not draining properly, which was quite inconvenient and unhygienic. I hope the management looks into this and fixes it soon.

Very nice hotel with swimming pool. Beautiful chalets in a quiet area. Location is excellent and opposite to one of the best hotel chain in SriLanka. Restaurants are around the hotel and if you like sea food that’s the best area in Negombo. Special thanks for the staff.

Located near the Negombo beach. Across the beach road. Around 100 metres walk to the beach. Rooms are spacious. Has the option of private bungalow/chalet as well. Small but decent swimming pool. Limited channel options on the TV. The Buffet breakfast does not have a huge spread. The staff is courteous.
