Sylvan location, serene, quaint resort. Understaffed. No one likes flush tank empty and not refilling in morning. Bathroom door didn't have knob on outside. But stay was comfortable.

Good location tasty food and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the cooked meals provided and the serenity environment. Suggestions need to improve the room facilities such as lighting TV etc. WiFi facilities excellent thanks for uninterrupted WiFi facility

Location easy to reach, atmosphere is calm and quite, rooms are simple but neat, stomach friendly and tasty food, all the Staffs are very friendly and courteous, a value for money place to choose to stay

Beautiful, peaceful setting by the lake. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool which looked great but would definitely come back again. Hotel staff were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making our stay a fantastic one

It's deep in the countryside, so you need a tuk-tuk or something to get there. The bed in the treehouse was stylish and clean, but it was outside, so we were bothered by mosquitoes. The showers and toilets may be unavoidable, but there were snakes, rats, moths, and small cockroaches, so it may be difficult for people who are not able to accept nature. We loved the tree house!! It's so well built and so special to stay there. We did a safari from there which was also great and we were picked up from Saraii Village in the morning. The owner really went out of his way to accommodate us and the pool and food was also really nice! It's only a bit secluded. Highly recommend!

We slept one night in a tree house which was really amazing. You feel part of nature like that. The 'rooms' were beautiful decorated. For the kids the pool was very nice. The service and the food in the restaurant were also great.

Very nice hotel, friendly personal, nice safari, a little bit expansive when you eat in the Restaurant. Given the location it’s nearly impossible to get to another restaurant in town. But regarding the safari we did the location was perfect.

We loved our stay at Koragaha Lodge. The service was impeccable. We arrived later than expected in the pouring rain and were met with staff who helped us with our luggage and held umbrellas for us. We checked in and they even helped us prepare with a picnic breakfast which was handed to us whilst heading to the safari the following morning at 4.45am. A wonderful base for your safari in Yala national park. Virash and the team couldn't do enough for us, even providing our breakfast mid morning after returning from the park. There is plenty of wildlife in the grounds of the hotel, early evening by the pool is a great place to see the birds and ubiquitous ground monitors coming for a drink. The food is excellent and varied.

Nice and calm place to stay...

This place is not near to Kataragama or Yala. There is a 30min drive from this place. Rooms need to tidy and clean. Also this place can do better if a proper Manager is there. The pool was not clean.

We stayed at this place on last 20th December. The rooms were nice, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also have a stunning outdoor swimming pool, hotel has 2 or 3 access. but all access roads were not in good condition. Main entrance access road also under construction. But totally which was a great experience. recommended!

Velue for money. Found an amazing deal on bookings.com, which is lower than the standard rates. Good service, friendly staff. Rooms were very clean. Everything was as described at Booking.com. This place is not for those who are looking for a luxury holiday. It's away from the busy roads, near the Weerawila lake. Very peaceful and calm environment.

Room and the bathroom is spacious and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food was good. No mosquitoes in room. View is not the best and the bridge over the pool bothers me the most. It's departure angle is too high to get down safely. Garden needs pruning and weeding. Overall the experience is adequate, after a long period of lockdown.

We had an amazing stop over at Pahalage Boutique Villas. Rooms were large, pool was beautiful and dinner was my husbands favourite meal of the whole trip! We stayed for 1 night, the hotel arranged our safari and they were great in every aspect.

Very quiet and serene location after Yala. The outdoor gardens are beautiful and a nice clean pool to cool off in. The dinner and breakfast were tasty. The staff is awesome. I loved this place, fairly close to Yala National Park with large spacious rooms, big swimming pool and super attentive friendly staff. I felt looked after during my staff. They happily catered for my dietary requirements at breakfast, both gluten and nut free to ensure i was happy. Recommend if you're going on safari as a pit stop.
