Overall outlook of the hotel, and the maintenance, is extremely bad. The only positive would be the massive pool (clean as well).
In terms of food, I would give a 4/10 rating. The variety was not enough, and even the food items they had, they didn't refill. We were late for lunch, by the time we got their we had a very small choice of food to pick from. The live action station was even horrible, no taste at all (we even thought we had covid bcz of it. Breakfast was just above par.
In terms on hospitality and customer service, it is on par with any other hotel, and no major complaints to make on that regard.
Overall we were not happy of the experience, and would not definitely recommend this unless they work on these matters.
