The restaurant at Hotel Ambiente exceeded our expectations! We had half-board dinners here each night, and every meal was absolutely amazing. The dishes were consistently delicious, well-prepared, and thoughtfully presented, making dinner something we genuinely looked forward to every evening.
The quality and variety of the food were excellent, and everything felt carefully prepared with attention to detail. We highly recommend dining here if you’re staying at the hotel — it truly adds to the overall experience. We will definitely come back!

Had a wonderful week at Ambiente Apartments. The service was brilliant (Stephanie was so helpful & kind.) The apartments were close to the slopes and shops. The breakfast offering was superb. Look forward to going back again in the future.

THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED! RATS IN THE ROOM!!!
This is the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed! We found rats in the room and after talking to the manager they put us in a smaller and uglier room. The director is rude and volgar and the food is absolutely disgusting! Very low quality ingredients and poor cooking. Please DO NOT COME to this hotel for your stay in Sass FEE!

The hotel is nice but the room is not updated, shower wasn’t really good, no smart tv so you can only see channels, no microwave and no refrigerator on the room so don’t plan to bring any food or drinks that need to be refrigerated to the room, people is really nice and food is amazing.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The rooms where nice and clean, and the food was exceptional!! The staff were welcoming and made sure I was completely taken care of while I was attending a training camp in Saas Fee. The hotel had a very great location in proximity to the gondola. I look forward to coming back!!!

Excellent simple fresh home cooked food, much appreciated when eating out every evening. Excellent children’s menu. Salad buffet simple and delicious. Staff super friendly and helpful. They even were easily able to cater to Laktose free.
Only negative was my salmon wasn’t cooked enough for my liking, 5mm cooked bit on all sides and rest raw, I was too tired to send it back.

The food itself was good, but the portions were only to be taken seriously as a starter. Price / performance is disproportionate.
